We came for a wedding weekend and loved the place! It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! Pete, the property manager, made check in and check out process so easy!

The slopes would have been easily accessible if the lift were open. Came opening weekend, should have figured they wouldn't open the lift near the condo.

Check in was super easy. Pete was helpful getting us discounts for the water park. Everything at the condo was great. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect accommodations for us. We were three couples there to attend a wedding at the top of Jay. Condo was walking distance (with shortcuts) to the main lodge, very quiet, comfortable beds for everyone, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of room. Skiiers would especially love it right on the trail. I would not hesitate to rent this again if I were in the area.

Great stay at Jay

A perfect place to stay with a large group. Plenty of space to sleep, cook, and hang out. The ability to ski in and ski out and being on the shuttle route is a huge bonus.

Plenty of room here for a weekend getaway with a large family group! Very clean with lots of amenities. Great location. Easy check in.

Perfect ski spot

We did a friends and family trip for a long weekend and this property could not have been more perfect for us!! We got our last day of spring skiing in, enjoyed the hot tub and hit up the water park. Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of space for everyone. Being able to go on and off the mountain right on Raccoon Run made it that much better. Highly recommend this property!

Great condo, so much space!

Stayed here for a family wedding at the resort. It was perfect for the nine of us. Spacious and comfortable.

Wonderful place for a large family group

We were a group of 13, a mix of adults and children, all family. The 4 kids loved the bunk room and game room. The other bedrooms and beds were very comfortable with all but one having an attached bath. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to prepare and serve meals. A large table that seated us all was so nice. The resort offered a pool, indoor water park, an arcade and so much more for the days we weren't going somewhere. The kids and Grands loved the facilities and had such fun. We found Jay Peak and the condo a wonderful place for a large family trip.

Family reunion

We travelled to Jay Peak to join our sister who has a condo up across the street from this property for the weekend. My family of 6 and my sister’s family of five were all able to stay in this wonderful five bedroom condo. It had plenty of bathrooms, two family rooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a relaxing hot tub outside on the deck over looking the trail and chairlift. We will definitely be looking forward to visiting again.

The house itself was beautiful and nicely decorated inside. However, a few items that were listed as included were missing. There was also major construction happening on the outside of the property, which we were not informed about ahead of time. I initially tried to contact the owner but didn’t get a response until the following day. To their credit, they did eventually respond and tried to make things right financially. Overall, a nice home but the experience was affected by poor communication and lack of disclosure about the construction.

New Years Stay

The location was ideal for ski in and ski out. It had rained before we got there and then it turned bitter cold and windy and snowed the whole time. We enjoyed skiing but we did spend a lot of time in the condo due to the weather. The condo was big enough for us all to enjoy. It was great having some other things to do for those who could not skii. The only big disappointment was the dishwasher did not work and the stove had a burner that was out. It meant a lot of work for the cooks- dishes for 12 makes for weary moms.

Was in the area for a wedding and this place fit all our needs. Beautiful town home beautifully decorated with plenty of room. Easy communication and easy check-in great location. We had a great time.
