Welcome to your Rocky Mountain base in Breckenridge. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium sleeps up to 8 and offers easy access to year-round mountain adventures, with mountain views plus a communal pool and hot tub.



The Space:

Comfortable and down-to-earth, this condo is set up for families and small groups who want a simple home base near the slopes, trails, and village fun. You’ll have three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and WiFi to keep everyone connected. Step out to the private balcony off the primary bedroom for a breath of alpine air and mountain views. After a day outside, fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for an easy dinner, then unwind and plan tomorrow’s adventures.

When you’re ready to relax on site, the community’s outdoor pool and hot tub are great for a casual soak or a quick splash. Coin-operated laundry is available on site for convenience during longer stays.

‱ Parking: First come, first served for up to two vehicles in the open parking lot. Paid overflow parking is available at the River Run Gondola and Mountain House West A parking lots. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

‱ Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available on site.

‱ WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

‱ Communal amenities: The pool and hot tub are communal.

‱ House rules: No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events. Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please return any parking passes at departure; unreturned passes will incur a $50 charge.

‱ Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

‱ Exclusive Guest Perk: Enjoy 35% off ski and snowboard rentals from Norski Sports when you book with us. Details will be provided after booking.

‱ Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

‱ We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Getting Around:

Logistics and Location: Not ski-in/ski-out, but a free shuttle and 4–8 minutes to Mountain House and River Run; within about 3–10 minutes you’ve got family activities like the Keystone Lake ice rink/paddle boats, Snake River Rec Path, Tennis Center, and Keystone Gulch trails, plus the gondola to the mountaintop snow fort and tubing, the Nordic Center, golf, fly-fishing, and MTB/hiking; scenic views at Lakeside Village, Sapphire Point, and Loveland Pass; and parks/plazas including Dercum Square, Dillon Marina Park, and Rainbow Park.

Perfect stay for our ski trip!

We loved our stay. The condo was spotless, comfy and had everything that we needed to cook dinner in! It was a short drive to the slopes and into Keystone Village. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Comfortable convenient ski condo

My friends and I had a very good stay, the condo is super nice and convenient to the mountain via the keystone bus! Easy check in and check out and speedy communications!

Spacious and great location

Community is very conveniently located to the slopes and on the bus route. Condo itself had everything we needed and spacious. Ground floor was perfect with 2 ski lockers and parking for 2 cars (which we had). We’ve stayed on several different communities every spring break when we visit and this is our top rated. Management were very quick to respond when we checked if we could access the unit early.

We stayed here recently and overall it was a nice, quiet place to stay. The location was peaceful, and once some issues were addressed, we were able to enjoy our time.That said, there were several problems when we arrived. The shower in the master bathroom was not draining properly, and despite asking both through the app and by email, it was never fixed during our stay. This was disappointing. We also noticed some cleanliness concerns, including a poop stain on a bathroom wall, a plastic fork by the bunk bed, and a blanket in the master bedroom with a stain that looked like blood.To their credit, the hosts were responsive about other issues: they tightened a loose toilet base and replaced the battery in the carbon monoxide alarm after it went off in the middle of the night. They were polite and helpful in those instances.If the cleanliness and maintenance issues were addressed more thoroughly—especially the master bathroom shower—I think this would be a really great rental.
