Amazing!!

I can’t thank our hosts enough for an amazing stay. All that you could ask for in a mountain retreat was here including all amenities necessary for travel and family cooking. Our family is extremely grateful that we got to stay here this Christmas. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Stay, A Cabin Dream

Taken from a magazine cover, truly a sight to behold! From the extraordinary bedrooms to the lovely breakfast & dinner areas, this cabin did not disappoint!! We loved all the outside seating options and had wonderful visits with the deer and turkeys. The kids enjoyed the basement full of entertainment: theatre, foosball and billiards. Thank you Marilee, we would love to visit again.

Family trip

Our family of 10 had the most amazing 3 days at this beautiful property! We all agreed it was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. There are so many little touches and details that the owners included to make the stay comfortable and perfect in every way. It felt like a 5 star hotel. The beds, pillows and linens were so comfortable. The welcome basket and wine were a delicious treat. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Paradise in the pines

From the moment I booked, I was impressed. The host was welcoming and replied to my initial message quickly. She also made it clear that if we needed anything or had questions, she'd be available. The cabin and the views - everything is gorgeous! ... and lots of nice touches such as the basket with complimentary snacks and wine,the nicely stocked kitchen, the towels and washcloths in every room, the toiletries in case a guest forgets something, and the Christmas decor. The description of the cabin is spot on. Plenty of space for 10 people, each room decorated beautifully, an impressive kitchen with Viking appliances, and a great deck with views on all 3 levels. All my friends agreed that this is the best cabin I've booked. We can't wait to go back again!

Beyond Amazing!!!

Totally exceeded our expectations! We’ve stayed in many cabins, but none like this! We had no idea that the posting was just a tease. This home is absolutely gorgeous with the perfect views all around! The design of the home and cleanliness and all the intention put into the small details and amenities was just PHENOMENAL! The kitchen was paradise, so easy to make whatever you want, all the space and fully equipped. We have ZERO complaints! There is absolutely nothing negative we can say. Upon checking in, we saw a basket full of charcuterie snacks and a bottle of wine left for us which was super kind and thoughtful! The home was decorated for Christmas and had a Christmas tree with lights which made it all more wonderful! My son proposed to his gf in the trees in front of this home and it will forever be special to our family. We hope and cannot wait to return again! Thank you to our wonderful and accommodating host, Marilee!

We were very surprised and disappointed to see this guest left only 2 out of 10 stars without providing any comments, so it is unclear why they chose such a low rating. We were in communication with them throughout their stay, yet no problems or concerns were ever brought to our attention. We pride ourselves on being responsive and would have gladly addressed anything raised in real time. It's also important to note that several of our house rules which there are not many, were not followed during this visit. These guidelines are clearly outlined to protect our home and ensure a positive experience for all guests. While we regret that this guest chose to leave a low score without explanation or communication, we are grateful that our many other positive reviews reflect the care, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches we put into our home. We remain committed to providing a unique, respectful and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
