We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 building.
These are in addition to our other Stay properties that you can find on Airbnb.

*You are half a block from the public beach on West or East Lake.

*The Ritz, Dry Dock and Miles are steps away so you can begin your FUN IN BOJI!
*Boat ramp is 3 blocks away so you can launch quickly

We are available to you during your stay, if you should need anything.

We are located across the street from our other Stay Properties. Just steps to a dip in the lake or a cocktail on the patio of a local establishment.

Once you arrive at Stay Suites and look at the building you will see a white door at the base of the steps. It will have a sign that says ENTER HERE...go in that door and up the steps Haywards Bay is 2nd door on the left. You will receive an access code before you arrive and you use that to enter and to lock the door.

Haywards is a 2 queen bed suite on the 2nd floor of the Stay Suites. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot. We do have a community closet that has other cooking items in it, in case you are needing something else.

After launching by Triggs Resort, you can pick up your guests
off the Ritz dock or the public dock on West Lake.
There is a roof top patio for our guests to enjoy.

This is not a good location for bachelor X parties. There are 12 airbnbs in this building, so you do have neighbors.
There is plenty of parking for trucks, trailers an boats in our south parking lot.
It is 13 stairs to get to this suite.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
