Welcome to the 1908 bungalow.

Step back in time while enjoying modern comforts in this historic 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, one of the oldest houses in town. Nestled next to the delightful Covered Bridge Cafe and within a short stroll to the charming historic district, you’ll find Star Cinema, a public park, more restaurants, and a cozy coffee shop. Adventure awaits just a 20-minute drive away at Silver Falls Park, boasting over 35 miles of scenic trails.

Our dedicated office area is ideal for both work and gaming, complete with a monitor, mouse, and keyboard—just bring your computer. Unwind in the living room with a Chromecast, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, ice maker, fridge, oven, microwave, and more!
The entire house is available for you to use except the basement. The basement is locked.

The Bungalow is an adorable little house in a very cute town. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a quiet area within walking distance to a good cafe and the covered bridge. It’s in a good location within a short drive to the falls and botanical garden. We would definitely recommend choosing the Bungalow if you need to stay in the area.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and welcoming. Loved soaking in the tub after hiking the 10 Falls Trail at Silver Fall State Park.

The house was very clean and was updated/renovated very nicely! We loved the big sectional couch perfect for us to lounge around on. The location is great! Very close to the old downtown part of Stayton. The claw foot tub in the bathroom is lovely but could be hard for elderly people to get in and out of. We had a wonderful stay and the house/location worked out for us to be close to our adult children during Christmas. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be in Stayton again.

Great place

Loved the house. Plenty of room and very clean. I mean very very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and i will be back. Walking distance to and restaurant's and bars.

Hidden Gem

It truly was an outstanding place. It may seem a little out of the way, yet it is close to Salem, and also Silver Falls, which has 10 waterfalls to hike to. Place is a charming restored 1908 Bungalow. You can tell the care that was taken in modernizing, yet keeping the original charm. Owner goes above and beyond with making it feel homey. Definitely a 5 star place.
