My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim's MCM house while in town for my son's soccer camp at the Pioneer Sports Park. The proximity to the camp was priceless (no rushing out the door each morning, as it was literally a two minute drive down the street!), and although it was a little more of a drive to downtown Salem area attractions, it was an easy, straight shot down State street, and for us the location was preferred. The house was spotless and well-thought-out, fully stocked for everyday needs, and the coffee-brewing options were a plus! A very sweet backyard area for my two kids to enjoy, and the decor, furnishings, beds, TV's, etc. all met or exceeded our vacation rental expectations. Tim was very prompt and friendly in response the couple of times I reached out with questions, and gave some great suggestions to local area hot spots. Would highly recommend this rental, especially if you're attending an event in the immediate area, and we would stay here again!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and 18 month old granddaughter stayed here for for 6 days to explore the Salem area. The house was so comfortable and convenient, and we traveled to the coast and surrounding areas for day trips. The host stayed in touch and made our stay easy.

This is a great little house! Everything was squeaky clean from top to bottom. The home has been nicely updated throughout, and the kitchen is excellent — well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in. We especially loved the DeLonghi coffee maker; it made fantastic brews every morning. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The master bathroom has a wonderful walk-in shower, which is perfect for older travelers or anyone with mobility issues. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There’s also a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in the hall closet. We enjoyed our stay and would happily book this property again!

Bright, clean modern home in convenient Salem location

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean, bright and welcoming home. Well-stocked kitchen and large dining table for meals and games. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Staying over Christmas, we appreciated the Christmas tree and holiday decor. And enjoyed the generous snack basket. The central location makes it easy to get to different parts of Salem. Also an easy drive to Silver Falls State Park which is stunning! Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again.

Immaculate and hospitable

This place is SO beautiful! You can tell a lot of time and care was put into designing this home and keeping it in immaculate condition for hosting. Tim was so great to work with and fast at communicating with me. We traveled with another family and all of us had plenty of room and slept comfortably in the available space. Lots of restaurants and things close by so we were easily able to run and get dinner and Starbucks etc. Overall great experience and we would absolutely stay again!

Overall positive experience

The property is very nice - clean and nicely appointed. Check-in was easy and communications pleasant and helpful. There was work being done on the house next door which, in itself, did not seem to create noise. The several vehicles associated with the house, however, did. There were three incidents at 6AM on different days. There was also daytime noise - starting and revving engines, power washing, etc. This is not major complaint, as, fortunately, it was quiet after 10PM.
