The Space:

With 4 carefully decorated rooms, “Duna” is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, offering an ideal retreat for families and groups of friends. Every detail, from the quarry materials to the contemporary furnishings, has been selected to provide you with an unforgettable stay.



Located in the heart of Polanco, you will be surrounded by the best restaurants, boutiques and parks in the city, making your stay at “Duna” an unparalleled experience in Mexico City. Come and discover the perfect harmony between modern design and natural warmth in a space where every corner is designed for your comfort.





The fourth room is a cozy and functional space that we carefully prepared to integrate it as an additional bedroom in the apartment. It is smaller in size, and access is through the laundry area, located next to the kitchen. Inside the room, there is a full bathroom. It is thoughtfully decorated and designed to provide comfort and rest, just like the rest of the spaces. Photos of this room can be found within the listing, in the photo section.



Other Things to Note:

* Once the reservation is made, it is not possible to reduce the number of guests or nights. Also, we can't make dates changes.



* If you want a baby travel crib or a high chair, please let us know in advance so we can provide it, also in case you have an additional requirement please inform us to find the best option for you and your companions.



* In Mexico City we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend you to be aware of the weather forecast and pack your bags with the clothes that best fit the weather :).



* Mexico City has presented water shortages in the area. If there is a possibility of water shortage, we will be alert at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
