The main spaces of the 250 m2 condo:
- The SITTING AREA has comfortable seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV, providing a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give direct access to the private outdoor terrace.
- The PRIVATE TERRACE features a dining table to enjoy your culinary creations and lounge chairs so you can lay back and relax after a filling meal.
- A KITCHEN well-equipped with quality appliances and all the extras to prepare any meal of the day if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers.
- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 comfortably.
-ââ 4 BEDROOMS & 3.5 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 10 guests as such:

Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

It's a place where locals and visitors alike can enjoy leisurely strolls, indulge in world-class shopping, savor diverse culinary experiences, and immerse themselves in Mexico City's rich cultural heritage. Polanco is also home to some of Mexico City's most iconic landmarks. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world, and there you can tour an actual castle. The neighborhood's strategic location ensures easy access to various parts of the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 17 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- Please note that if your elevator access card is lost or damaged during your stay, a replacement fee of 1,100 Mexican Pesos will be charged to your account. Please keep your elevator card safe and return it upon checkout.
