Both units have their own living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Each unit has a charming living room with a couch and flat screen TV.



The living room welcomes you with colorful and stylish decor throughout. The couch is situated in front of a flat screen TV. The upstairs deck is charmingly decorated with a BBQ grill and seating, great for the warmer days! Both kitchens come equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and much more to make you feel right at home!



The enclosed backyard is perfect to run around in! A gas BBQ grill is available for you to grill up burgers in the warmer days. An upstairs balcony with patio furniture is available in the 2nd unit.



The 1st unit has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King bed, TV, and has its own en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The other 2 bedrooms both hold Queen beds. There is a full bathroom available for guests to share.



The 2nd unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom similarly has a Queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom on the 1st floor.



Stay cool with central AC and a washer/dryer are available for your stay! Parking is available in the driveway and street.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are Ring doorbells attached to the front doors of both units - the cameras audio/video records for security purposes.

- Neighboring property currently under construction.



Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
