Nous avons une maison rénovée, avec d'excellents équipements pour vous! Nous venons d'ajouter un nouveau jacuzzi 6 personnes / Hot Tub et un nouveau SAUNA de 5 personnes pour nos clients de se détendre. Allez au centre-ville jusqu'au quartier historique de Rainey ou à la 6e rue, rendez-vous à SOCO pour manger, écouter de la musique et faire du shopping, ou simplement vous détendre! Nous sommes à proximité de Zilker Park, SOCO, et le quartier de 1st Street, le Centre VA et l'installation IRS, plus 2 pùtés de maisons de St. Université Edwards.
Nous sommes situés à quelques minutes de l'aéroport, et trÚs proche du Circuit des Amériques!
Promenez-vous dans la rĂ©serve naturelle de Blunn Creek - arrĂȘtez-vous et voyez le volcan !! En outre, il y a une piscine communautaire, Big Stacey Park, pour nager ou s'amuser, Ă  seulement 6 pĂątĂ©s de maisons.

Perfect house for 12 people. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was big and spacious and we had all the dishes and pans we needed to cook meals. The swim spa was a nice relaxing perk! We sat in the backyard several times and had a good time hanging out. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

This property has everything! Location is close to downtown, and has every necessity covered. The swim spa was amazing and the house had tons of left overs from other visitors that covered everything we needed (utensils/umbrellas/sunscreen/trashbags/etc...) so we didn't need to buy every travel thing you usually do. The hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to text with and very responsive.Would highly recommend for anyone coming to town for any type of family gathering.

Incredible house!

We celebrated our daughter’s graduation weekend with family at this spectacular property. The only thing I am sad about is that we didn’t discover this rental years ago. It would have been our go to for every Austin event weekend. The house is great for a large group. The backyard is ridiculously amazing. We loved the swim spa and the multiple seating areas. The landscaping is gorgeous. I hope we can come again. The hosts are precious and welcoming.

We were in Austin for our daughter’s wedding. This house was absolutely perfect for us. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The hosts are amazing! We would love to go back and have a vacation in this house. Highly recommend!!!

Great house, great location, great hosting

Seamless experience - we had a family wedding with so many moving parts but this home base was perfect. So many things we didn’t know we needed were available and accessible - the set up was so nice and comfortable - the swim spa was a huge hit and communications were easy. Thank you so much for making a complicated and special weekend so much easier!!

Perfect in Every Way!

9 of us attended our 50th college reunion at St. Edwards University & the house was located just down the street. Beautiful spacious accommodations with lovely outdoor spaces to relax in. Maria & Joe are responsive gracious hosts. High marks all around!

The host was most gracious. The place is so inviting inside and out. Neighborhood was chill and super quiet. Artwork, outside garden area , just the flow was much appreciated. Lots of useful space as well. Will definitely stay again.

Great house for a girls trip!

The house was beautiful, great Mexican spot right down the road. Walking distance to SoCo and only 10 minute Uber to downtown! Perfect stay for a larger group. And the hot tub! Maria was an absolute dream of a host and the house was nothing short of perfect for our Bach Bash weekend

Great location and great space for large group!

The hosts were amazing to work with from lead-up to stay and during stay. They are quick to respond and made us feel welcomed even if it was via email/text. Everything was fully furnished and the personal touches were great. Instructions were also crystal clear! Cannot thank them enough for creating a space where not only we can rest but also work out of. Such a great find! Such a great stay and will rebook in future next time our team is back in Austin.

Lovely home & wonderful hosts

Maria & Joe were fabulous hosts. They messaged frequently and offered a ton of information about the local area. They were communicative about the check in process and even responded promptly when I asked a question during our stay. The house is really beautiful and spacious. We had a large group of family in town for a wedding, 11 people, and everyone fit easily and slept comfortably. The home was located in a residential area, but also very close to everywhere we needed to be. South Congress street is walking distance which had a ton of great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate and well-equipped property

Our overall experience was excellent. The house is spacious and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedroom-bath layouts worked great. Porch, pool, and outdoor areas were as advertised, but 105 degree heat limited use. Owners are very responsive. Universal thumbs-up from all my family. Plus location worked very well.

Amazing property!!! We stayed here for a bachlorette party and could not have asked for anything better. Plenty of beds and so much left over decor from other parties. Also, the location cannot be beat. 10/10 recommend this place!

Maria is the best!

We celebrated a bachelorette party in Maria’s home and I cannot express how amazing our trip was! It was the perfect location to downtown and a quick ride to and from the airport. Maria was nice enough to let us drop out bags off early since we landed prior to check in time. The hot tub and sauna were a perfect touch to our relaxation that we all desperately needed. We had plenty of room for all 12 of us girls to sleep comfortably! Thank you for your hospitality Maria, we will definitely be back for another visit!

Awesome in all regards

Spent five days in Austin with family. This is a great place to stay while visiting Austin. All accommodations were perfect and Grandkids loved the ping pong table and hot tub. Owners were very responsive and great to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a large group!!

We host a bunch of people, 5Bedrooms and 3 Baths, just ask in your inquiry. Our home is close to Downtown, 6th St and the Rainey Historic District. We have a1 0 person Swim/Spa with night lights and sound system, and 5 person SAUNA to help you relax. We're close to University of Texas, UT, "Hook em Horns", and the Festival sites, Austin City Limits and SXSW, South by SouthWest! We also are a few minutes from Circuit of the Americas for Formula 1 Racing and more events.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Plenty of Space, Large Kitchen, Big Dining Area, Swim/Spa, seats 10, Sauna seats 4, Large patio with BBQ, under the Pergola.
Our Front porch is great for watching the passers by, and getting a feel for the Texas Hill Country. Not to mention on quiet mornings you can hear the St. Edwards University Church Bells ringing.
