Property was in an excellent location. It’s open and spacious. Hosts were quickly responding to any concerns. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms 2 are in suite. Very comfortable beds.HVAC was inadequate due to extreme temperatures and inadequate insulation; required 2 emergency maintenance visits due to indoor temperatures rising above 82 degrees. Inspection of return HVAC line revealed it was not a duct but ran through a wall cavity full of debris and dead insects. Several issues with bathroom fixtures loose or broken requiring a maintenance technician. Furniture was mostly nice, except the dining room chairs were peeling fabric and one of the couches had a ripped cushion put in backwards to partially conceal the damage.Host were very responsive, but 4 maintenance visits, especially for failed HVAC, were stressful.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location, spacious layout, comfortable beds, and found our team responsive throughout your stay. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues and the disruption they caused, especially the HVAC problems during the extreme temperatures but are happy to have it resolved immediately. We understand how stressful it must have been to have multiple maintenance visits during your stay. We’re taking your feedback seriously and are reviewing the HVAC system, bathroom fixtures, and furniture noted so these issues can be addressed and future stays are more comfortable and seamless. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.

The parking was advertised as 2 cars comfortably and no on street parking. We had a very hard time parking 2 cars. It is more like a 2 compact car driveway. We also had a live mouse in our pita chip bag which we released in the backyard, and several bugs. I think more pest control would be helpful. The home is in a great location and the common space/kitchen is very spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the aspects of the home that you enjoyed, including the location, spacious common areas, and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. We're sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with parking and the pest issues during your stay. We understand that driveway space can be tighter for larger vehicles than expected, and we will review our listing description to ensure it sets accurate expectations for future guests. We are especially concerned by your report of a mouse and bugs. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we have addressed the matter with our pest control provider to ensure the property is thoroughly inspected and treated. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as guest feedback helps us improve. Thank you again for staying with us.
