The house was amazing. Beautiful decorations, lots of space, and helpful items to get you started. We were so appreciative of the coffee pods, garbage bags, plenty of clean towels and extras to start the vacation. We traveled with 2 toddlers and 2 babies (6 and 7 months old). The house had 2 mini cribs, 2 pack and plays, a stroller, and 2 high chairs available for use. They also had baby/toddler-friendly plates and eating utensils which was a bonus! The kids loved the minion room with a slide and ball pit. We had a lot of fun enjoying the pool during our stay.
The backyard overlooks a lake and trees so it was very nice to have a nice sunset view!
We had no issues during our stay. Not only was the house amazing - the area was quiet and peaceful. The clubhouse was nice. You have your choice of the main clubhouse or a smaller, less busy clubhouse which was a gem.

The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful scenery. Restaurants, Target and Marshal only 5 min away. The best outlet malls and Walmart are within 10 min driving distance, on average.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean, disinfect, and inspect the unit. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
BBQ GRILL is free for you to use and included in your rates. We ask you to clean the grill before and after using it. Propane tank refills may be required, and we ask you to take care of that.
Please note that we don't provide WASH CLOTHS in our houses. If you like to use them, please bring some for your use.
TRASH SERVICE
The resort has a daily trash service. Please place all your trash in tied plastic bags inside the plastic bin at the front door for disposal.
Use quality 12-13 gallon trash bags, and leave no unbagged trash behind. Trash collection fees apply for excessive trash, so please bring your excess waste to the community dumpster.
GRILL
We provide the grill as a complimentary service to our guests. It is your responsibility to clean the grill before and after using it. We may charge you a grill cleaning fee if you do not do so. Do not use charcoal for any reason, as this is a gas grill.
Since this is a complementary service, we don't provide propane gas refills. If you want to use the grill and the propane is empty, please replace the propane tank.
CLUBHOUSE
Our Resort has a lovely clubhouse with a vast swimming water area. Make sure to visit.
POOL INSTRUCTIONS
Please remove pool toys from the water after use.
To heat the Hot Tub, turn on the jets and leave them on for about 40-60 minutes. Hot Water will come through the jets. Please note that the pool water will slowly cool while the spa heating is on.
Our Pool has a non-slip surface for safety but can be abrasive for long use, especially by children. In that case, water shoes/socks are advised.
Be aware that the pool tech comes once a week to clean the pool. You may see him during your stay.
PARKING
There are many parking lanes in front of our house, feel free to use them. Check with front gate guards for additional parking options.
