What a great location and the bikes were key to avoid game day traffic. House book was super helpful and very easy check in and out. We enjoyed the back patio and corn hole pre game!

We enjoyed a delightful stay at The Nook. The location / proximity to our family living in the area was the primary reason we wanted to stay in the Triangle neighborhood. It’s just far enough away from “game day” traffic / parties. The house is nicely decorated and the furnishings were comfortable. Margaret was a delightful host and provided consistent communication prior to, during and after our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We were in town with our young adult children for a football game and the house was perfect for us. The location is great, the decor (Go Irish!) was perfect and the bedding and towels were of high quantity and comfortable. Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with and the house had all the amenities that we needed. We will definitely try to stay here again for next year’s game.

This was the perfect house for our stay. We had a competition at Notre Dame all week. It was very close and in a quiet very nice neighborhood. It is decorated well, and spares no detail. Very clean. Communication with owner was perfect and very friendly . We will be staying here next year and anytime we come to the South Bend area.

Weekend Getaway

Great communication with owner. Gave us lots of extra information on things to do and places to eat. House was very clean with lots of extra’s to add to our stay! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in South Bend.

Perfect for us!

We stayed for one night in South Bend as a group of three couples attending a wedding in nearby Michigan, and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was clean, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The space was larger than expected, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their time together without feeling cramped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we really appreciated how easy and smooth the entire experience was. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area — 5 out of 5 stars!

Cute, Clean and Convenient!

We had an easy stay. Close to campus, but a quiet neighborhood. Nicely upgraded kitchen and baths. New clean beds.Didn’t get a chance to utilize the basement, but would have been a great place to hang out with a group of friends.Super friendly host! This one will be on our list for future stays.
