Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: King bed and a full sleeper sofa
Second Bedroom: Bunk bed with two single beds and a full bed on top, and full bed
Third Bedroom: Full bed

The large open-concept kitchen and living room offer modern amenities with stunning views of the lake, perfect for shared meals or relaxation. Step outside onto the expansive covered deck with a lower uncovered deck, perfect for taking in the beauty of the outdoors. Sit and enjoy every sunrise while relaxing in the early morning. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available, making your stay stress-free.

Outside, you’ll find a large, covered boat dock and an uncovered deck, perfect for swimming, sunning, or gathering with family. Bring your boat or canoe but leave the kayaking to us. The owners have thoughtfully included two kayaks and four life vests for guests' use. With a nearby boat ramp, you’ll also have easy access to water sports and boating adventures (boat not included). NOTE: Feel free to tie your boat to the dock, but lifts are not for guest use.

Please note: To maintain the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of this residential area, parties are not permitted. This ensures a serene and relaxing environment for all guests.

GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER

We're all about making your stay great! To keep things running smoothly, we'll temporarily hold $250 security deposit on your credit card for any damages that might come up after your stay. Before sharing check-in info, we'll need you to fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking's confirmed. Thanks for helping us ensure a seamless start to your stay! Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.

No fireworks of any kind are allowed. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED –
NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME (if smoking, please deposit butts in a container and dispose of in a safe manner - please don't throw butts in yard) CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online.

The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control. CLIENTS PROPERTY:
The Tenants may any facilities of the property, but do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the Tenant's property is his or her own responsibility. PAYMENTS: We accept: • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express
RESERVATIONS DO NO INCLUDE: Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls and other items of a personal nature.
RESPONSIBILITY: • Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy. • Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same. USE: • It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever. • Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof. • Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises. • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
