- **Master Bedroom (Main Floor): ** Relax in the luxurious master suite, featuring a king-size bed and a baby crib for your little one. Enjoy direct access to the back deck, where you can take in breathtaking views of the lake. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a jetted tub, perfect for soaking after a day of adventure. A large walk-in closet provides ample storage for your belongings.

- **Guest Bedroom (Main Floor):** This cozy guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and includes an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub. It’s the perfect retreat for guests who appreciate both comfort and privacy.

- **Upstairs Bedrooms:** Ascend to the upper level, where you'll find two expansive bedrooms, each equipped with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa sleeping up to 5 people each. Upon confirmed booking a secure link from HAPPY GUEST will be provided. This is not an app but rather a secure site for ID verification & rental agreement signature and home guide details/instructions. All guests are required to select either $1500 CC hold (not a traditional deposit but rather a temp hold) or purchase damage waiver protection.

We are happy to discuss events and large gatherings with a separate fee and contract in addition to the short term rental. For groups or gatherings over 13 there is an additional fee of $250 - $2500 depending on event size and number of people. This is to cover the trash disposal and to maintain property which is charged separate. Please inquire for more information
