Paradise on Pelican Island 4 bed 3 bath, dog ok

Guest was older and had issues working the electronic door locks. They are very simple, just 4 digit code but guest had to be shown repeatedly how to use. All bedroom and bathroom doors have interior push button locks. Guest did not like open floor plan regarding how kitchen smells are open to living/dining room. Photos of the house clearly show wide open floor plan from multiple views. House is 2 years old and has over 70 5 star reviews. I apologize they were not pleased, they would probably like a more traditional style home. I wish them the best of luck
