Very comfortable and close to the beach

This is a well laid out and nicely decorated condo. We easily had room for 7 adults and 1 kid. It is close to the boardwalk so it can get noisy at night, but we all slept well. Nice furniture and great kitchen! The porch worked out fantastically for hanging out! So nice to be able to walk back and forth to the beach. The four queen beds were comfortable.

Wonderful property just steps from the Shore. Much larger than it looks online. Property manager Jim is extremely accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The location is great, one block from boardwalk/beach. The condo is clean and plenty of space - quiet, can’t hear all of the action going on outside. Definitely would visit again.

Great House!!!

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was only a minute from the boardwalk and super comfortable for our family of 8 (including kids ages 8 years and 6 months). A great stay!

Long Weekend Respite!

Property was very clean and very close to beach and nightlife. All was made easy with bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs being provided. After our arrival, questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The condo was great! Only a couple of suggestions. There were no dish towels or wash clothes in kitchen along with a sink drying rack. One thing we joked about was it sleeps 8 but only seats 6 at dining room table. I would be interested in the upstairs condo because the tentants up there were very loud with children (understandable) but very loud. Running and banging beginning at 5:30 am.

Steps to the beach!

Plenty of space for our entire family! Convenient add ons like beach towels, chairs and games. Pretty noisy most at night but tolerable. Everything you need for a beach/boardwalk vacation!

An absolute beautiful and relaxing condo! It is just like the photos and truly spacious with plenty of room to spread out across it. It also came equipped with convenient items such as beach chairs, beach towels, and even some beach games. The walk to the beach is almost non existent with how close you are to the boardwalk/beach entrance and it was made a breeze with the four season beach badges included with your stay!! We were a bit worried about the noise level being next to the beachcomber bar, but it was not bad at all. We travel with small fans to give our rooms some white noise but wound up not really needing them. The only issues we had was the lack of dish towels and hand towels found in the kitchen and bathrooms. This can easily be solved by just packing a few of your own! Another suggestion would be to the host to supply a vacuum or small dustbuster for guests to pickup any extra sand or dirt as we couldn’t get the sand up easily and felt like we were walking over it all week. The broom in the laundry closet we found didn’t really cut it. Other than that, the places was spotless, very clean and comfortable for our week stay. Jim was incredibly easy to get in touch with and was quick in helping with any little hiccup we faced. He was a great host and truly knows how to supply a nice place to stay.

Great place

The condo was a perfect layout for our group...great having 3 full baths and 4 bedrooms, plus 2 living room areas a giant plus..all updated appliances, etc...beautiful condo! A little noisy Saturday night from the boardwalk, but so perfect to walk right across the street, come back to bathroom and get drinks n food so easily! Very easy to reach the host for any questions or concerns!! We will be back..
