Located approximately 35 minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance, this home provides easy access to the park. For fishing or boating, Henry’s Lake is just a 23-minute drive away, and Robins Roost grocery store is only 13 minutes away for all your supplies. Snowmobilers and ATV riders will enjoy access to hundreds of miles of nearby trails. For those flying in, Idaho Falls Regional Airport is about 1.5 hours away, while both Bozeman Yellowstone International and Jackson Hole airports are around 2.5 hours away.

Enjoy self-check-in with a code we’ll provide. The home features propane fireplaces for cozy evenings, a propane grill for outdoor cooking, and a fire pit for gathering after sunset (firewood not included). A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, Keurig, cookware, and utensils. Stay connected with free WiFi and Smart TVs (streaming services require your own login). Some outdoor seating is provided, but guests are welcome to bring extra if needed. Trash service is also included.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen bedroom with a private bath on the main level, a king bedroom with a shared bath, and upstairs, two queen beds in the loft area, a queen-over-queen bunk bed with a twin bed, and another king bedroom with a shared full bath.

In winter, 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are required due to snowy conditions.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
