SituĂ© dans Centennial Mountain Shores, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes du Centenaire, cette belle maison a tout le romantisme de l'ouest sauvage, et tous les conforts de l'hĂ©bergement de luxe. 30 miles du parc national de Yellowstone, 10-15 min. marcher jusqu'au rĂ©servoir Island Park, des vues sur les montagnes Sawtell et beaucoup, beaucoup plus d'activitĂ©s. Great property. Something for everyone! Liked having a separate sleeping quarters, bath, washer and dryer than main house. Snowed on arrival—in June! So hot tub great! Lots of wildlife. Close to fishing.

Large Cabin in Island Park

This was a great day for our family! It has plenty of bedrooms and lots of space! It's only a 15 minute drive from the main highway. The cabin is very well decorated. The bedroom above the garage is great to provide space for another family and the ping pong and foosball tables in the garage was a great space for activity without disrupting the group in the main house. We used the hot tub and the fire pit. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Great property! We loved our stay. The property was beautiful! And fit our family perfectly! We appreciated how well supplied the kitchen was as well as all the activities available at the cabin and in the local area. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Vacation Home

Property was perfect. Property Manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The amenities were excellent and the kitchen was the most well-equipped we have stayed at. The location of the home is a positive and a little bit of a drawback in that the isolation of the home is a real plus, but it is a long drive (but not a hard drive) to the park. The gated community, the views and local wildlife were each a plus. It was a great family-friendly house.

Family Get-Away

The beautiful, roomy property housed our entire family-Grandparents, Children, partners, and grandchildren comfortably. There was so much to keep kids of all ages entertained! We enjoyed paddle-boarding on the beautiful cold) lake. The cabin was well stocked for cooking and baking. Yellowstone was close and easy to get to. The scenery was a spectacular backdrop for family photos. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We enjoyed our visit 1000%. My highest recommendation for fun family time!

Family vacation

The house was warm and inviting. Plenty for all to do. The loft over the garage was perfect for my daughter and two little ones . Everyone had their own space. Outside activities were fun and the hot tube was nice. It was close to yellow stone park . We lived it. Thank you

summer getaway

Very inviting and cozy house! We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin has things to do for everyone. Ping pong, volleyball, you can sit in the hot tub, play charades, and my boys loved the suite out over the garage. Nasser the owner was amazing to work with. We had a couple issues that he went out of his way to make sure they got resolved as quickly as possible. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Beautiful home and area. Everything needed was provided. Great kitchen with all needed cookware and utensils supplied. Garage was wonderful for grandkids to play in. Lots of time spent outdoors with volleyball, tether ball and firepit. Would definitely recommend.

Family trip to Yellowstone and GTNP

Sonia was a great host, timely communication and the property was exactly as described. There are amenities at the home, it was clean, and functional. The cabin was our home base for a family trip to Yellowstone and GTNP, the drive to the West Yellowstone was about 45 minutes, there was a grocery store about 15 minutes away and a handful of restaurants.

Family Yellowstone adventure

Perfect house in every way! Gave the young adult parents so many options. Staying up late to have volleyball and ping pong games! Not to far from the West entrance to Yellowstone. We would leave early to see the vast beauty of Yellowstone and even made It to the majestic Tetons. Bedroom accommodations nice w the bunk room and the large suite over the garage. Lastly, Sonia the owner could not have been any more helpful. My daughter and SIL were traveling cross country for their next military post so this was the perfect spot to take a break before continuing to WA. Thank you for the memories! ❀

Perfect location for YNP & Tetons

We absolutely loved the Papa Bear Cabin! Our group ranged in ages from 19.5 to 50 and all had a great time. The young adults utilized the volleyball area and ping pong while the older adults relaxed in the fabulous hot tub under the almost full moon. The home has everything you need to be comfortable and if you have little ones they have items for them too! We visited Yellowstone National Park twice, the Tetons, golf in Big Sky, horseback riding with Double P and then again with Eagle View Range (just up the road), rented RTV with Island Park Rentals, ate at Angler’s Inn, got drinks from Soda Co (just up the main road) many times and still had plenty we could do if we stayed longer. We saw four moose in Island Park and a grizzly in YNP. This home is the perfect location! Our host was wonderful! She is quick to respond and so very helpful!! Thank you for making our son’s graduation trip wonderful!

Awesome Yellowstone Vacation

Great trip. West Yellowstone in about 30 Minutes and to the Grand Loop in an hour. Horse stable for trail rides are right down the road. Fishing close by in the lake and nearby rivers. Great home with plenty of room and activities. Really a great spot!

upscale cabin living

Our family had a great time staying at this homey but upscale cabin. The views, the closeness to Yellowstone, the amenities of the home all provided the perfect family getaway. I would add Stoddard Mill Pond to the list of possible places to visit as a kids fishing pond. It was close and free.

I live in Utah with my active family but love escaping to Island Park. I have been coming to Island Park since I was a child and learned to waterski on the reservoir. I am excited to share this piece of heaven with you!

We never tire of exploring Island Park, Idaho and recently fell in love with and purchased Papa Bears Cabin. It is a fabulous location, secluded, walking distance to Island Park reservoir and just a short drive to amazing outdoor adventure; Yellowstone Park, rafting down Big Spring river, fishing, wildlife photography and more! It is the best place on earth.
