The Space:
This top-floor condo has a great view across the lake and is comfortable and well-appointed inside. Third floor to the lake side but only 1-1/2 stair flights up from the parking. The studio was fully remodeled in '21/'22. The layout has a Murphy bed giving the studio a more spacious feel when put away.

The kitchen, covered in unique granite is packed and efficient. Bosch induction stove for instant heating, a Cafe combined connection, broiling and microwave oven, a Fisher+Paykel drawer dishwasher and ice-making refrigerator. Some spices, Ninja full-size blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, tools, dishes, glassware and flatware slow you to let your inner Julia Child free.

Guest Access:
You, but no guests of yours, HAVE access to the pool, the shared bbq on the parking lot level, the beach, fire pit, lawn, and lake. The shared coin-op laundry door is very near the bbq. A key is required for the gate to the lakeside amenities and again at the pool gate. You must leave the key in the condo in exit or pay a $75 replacement fee. You may lock bikes to the racks in the parking area.

Guests do NOT have access to mooring a boat to the dock. However, a SUP or a kayak could be stored temporarily against the rock retaining wall. Follow what others are doing and please don't be presumptive.

Always return beach chairs to their place if moved and clean up after yourself. Please also refer to the House Rules available on Airbnb.
