Newly renovated, 3 bedrooms that are all upstairs, one bathroom upstairs in the hallway and one bathroom is downstairs, the kitchen is well done with a full size fridge and dishwasher. They provided some teas, coffee and sugars. There are a few pots and pans and dishes provided for cooking and eating in. There is a full size washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and clean white linens were provided. The place has a small patio with chairs in the backyard. Towels and linens were provided. It is located right near the train tracks and the trains goes by throughout the night which shakes the house a little and can be hard to sleep with, (which woke me up since I am a light sleeper). Perhaps earplugs could help with the train horn sounds. The owner provided toilet paper and paper towels. Feels like the house is newly flipped and there were a couple of items that the owner was still working on (small things like the toilet paper holder was missing in one of the bathrooms and the shelves in the linen closet were not all yet hung). The one negative thing I have to mention was there was a foul smell in the house that seemed to come from the upstairs restroom. It was as if an animal may have stayed in there (perhaps a renter brought them to the VRBO) and sprayed in that restroom. It made it difficult to use that restroom for some of our family members who could not tolerate the odor. Overall the location was convenient, and the home was well appointed.
