THIS IS THE BEST CONDO IN THE CASA MARINA COMPLEX! Situated along a canal on Estero Bay, Casa Marina 621 is a fabulous getaway condo with a great view of the boats and all the activities from your Screened In Lanai. Your beautiful Screened In Lanai allows you to dine alfresco or relax for hours taking in the sea breezes and swaying palm trees. Take a dip in the resort sized heated pool, lounge on the sundeck soaking up the Florida sunshine or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in the country. Casa Marina guests have their own deeded beach access!

Casa Marina 621 is a gorgeous two Bedroom, two Bath air-conditioned corner condo, beautifully designed and decorated in coastal style, that offers lots of room to spread out and relax. The Living Room includes comfortable sofas and recliners, along with a HUGE flat screen TV with streaming service (there's also free Internet service). There is a sleeper sofa for additional overnight guests. The Dining Room has been smartly decorated for entertaining with a large table that seats six easily and a full bar with a wine fridge. The fully equipped, beautifully designed Kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with all the appliances (including a dishwasher) and lots of countertop space. There's a lovely Breakfast Bar with seating for two for that first cup of coffee in the morning while you make your plans for a day at the beach! Best of all, beyond the Living Room through sliding glass doors is the huge Screened-In Lanai that runs the full length of the condo. Tucked away in a closet on the Lanai are a full-sized Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Beach chairs and beach wagon can be found in the condo.

The Master Bedroom En Suite is very large - a true retreat - with sliding glass doors leading to the Lanai, a TV for late night viewing, and a comfy King Sized Bed. You can wake up every morning to a wonderful waterfront view! The Master Bath features a marble-topped vanity and a Walk In Shower. On the opposite side of the condo, you will find the Guest Bedroom with a Queen Sized Bed dressed in fresh, designer linens and a huge TV for late night viewing. Next door is the Guest Bath with its own marble-topped vanity and a tub/shower combo.

There is free Wifi in your condo and streaming TV service with a firestick. (PLEASE NOTE: GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR TV PROGRAMS ORDERED WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED IN FIRESTICK/STREAMING TV. ) There's a building elevator, a secured lobby, and ample open on site parking for your convenience. (Guests have the option to use Covered Parking Spot 621 under the building on the ground floor with the separate fee of $50 per week. Arrangements for use of this covered space have to be made after booking and the fee will be added separately.)

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The Casa Marina complex is a beautifully maintained property that sits on the quiet, south end of the island surrounded by tropical landscaping and extra wide canals right at the entrance to the Bay. There's a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck. New Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Court open for Casa Marina guests are located in The Commons area on Bay Beach Lane. Casa Marina Guests also have the benefit of a private Beach Access - just a short walk down Bay Beach Lane.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, walking distance, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants in Santini Plaza scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian.
