During this time, Florida was experiencing record low temperatures, including frost conditions, which significantly impacted the pool heater’s ability to maintain typical warmth. The heating system operates by drawing in ambient warm air, and I confirmed with the pool heater service provider that reduced performance under these conditions is expected. In an effort to accommodate you, I increased the heater’s run time, which resulted in additional expense to myself, but unfortunately did not fully meet expectations. You also reported that a shower head had broken due to rust. However, upon inspection, my maintenance team found no evidence of rust and advised that the damage appeared to be caused by forceful handling. This discrepancy was concerning. While I made every effort to address concerns promptly and provide a positive experience, there were ongoing complaints throughout the stay. Upon checkout, the property required a higher-than-usual level of cleaning, and additional damage was noted, including a broken toilet. I do apologize that one of the recliners was not functioning properly. However, this does not affect the overall function of the couch, as not all couches include reclining features. There is still a working recliner, as well as a chaise lounge available for comfort. Regarding linens, any stained washcloths are routinely removed and replaced. All carpets and linens were cleaned prior to your arrival, and no staining was noted at that time. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood and the pool deck area.
