Extremely peaceful location for relaxation.

This was the perfect place for some great rest and relaxation, very quiet neighborhood. The landscape provided an excellent level of privacy for the pool area. The home was just as advertised, short drives to some very nice beach areas as well as some decent restaurants. My only recommendation is to bring some bug repellant for the no see um bugs, but thats nature for you.

Great house 11/2-11/7/24

The house was just as listed and had everything we needed for our getaway. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and bedding was in great condition. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Big, fully-stocked Kitchen with every type of kitchen tool (even a meat thermometer). Plates, bowls, glasses, etc. were all in great condition. Very nice pool and pool area and glad we opted for the pool heat since the first few mornings were a little cool. Pool area was sunny, bright and very private and looked out to lush foliage. Neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the walking paths. Management was easy to work with and our house was ready earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately due to the recent back-to-back hurricanes several of our favorite restaurants and beaches were closed due to the destruction so we did not get to hang at the beaches this time. However the garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. and a wagon to tote everything. Our only (minor) complaints were the grill could have been a little bigger, coffee pot was not in the best shape and we couldn’t find a pump to blow up the pool floats. But these were minor complaints and did not affect our stay by any means. Would highly recommend this property and we will be back again!

We’ll be back!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Close to multiple beaches, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Florida ‘city’ life. The house was amazing and when we did have issues, they were quick to respond and resolve it! We’ve recommended this area and house specifically to all our friends and family!

Nice property and location

The back lanai is private and quiet. It opens to a green belt and has privacy landscaping between the houses. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The bikes were nice to explore the neighborhoods and trails. Beach umbrellas, floats and chairs were great for beach days. We appreciated the abundance of towels for the beach and pool. The pool was cool but refreshing (in July). The pool would definitely need heat in the winter. Property was as pictured and most furniture was comfortable. They even had an abundance for soft comfortable throws and blankets to cuddle up with (nice touch!). Great location for golf and beaches if you don't mind a short drive. Wi-Fi and appliances are in working order. Management team communicated well for the most part. The day of our arrival we were told that we would receive the door key code after the maids left the property. We were travelling that day and it was questionable if our plane would arrive before the rental agency closed. I emailed in the morning asking for the key to be sent to my phone and email. We arrived in Florida about 4:45 (agency closed at 5). There was NO email or text with the entry code. I called the agent whose voicemail was full. I then called the agency (before 5), who contacted the agent for the code and about 5:05 I received a return call and an email with the code. I suggest providing the the entry code before you travel to avoid these mishaps and travel stress. The agency does not have an after hours support contact. Restaurant recommendations: The Lighthouse Grill at Stump pass, Steamers Oyster Bar (I wish we had found this earlier in our trip - large seafood portions). We flew into Tampa, stopped at Bradenton Costco, then stopped for dinner at the Lucky Pelican (Lakewood Ranch) a couple exits down from Costco. The Blackened Shrimp Tacos are amazing! The community is quiet and appeared safe. People are friendly. The accommodations are well appointed and comfortable. Rental agengy is responsive. Thank You for your hospitality!

It was clean, beautiful and modernly decorated. The amenities were greatly appreciated. Made it very easy to travel without the extras typically needed.

Very relaxing

This home is very nice and homey. Everything was clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Pool was awesome after a day out. It was hard to believe we were in the city. Quiet and private. Restaurants were 20 minutes away. Only thing I would do would be replace cushions on patio table chairs. Sitting on them for a bit made you behind sore. Lol. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Comfortable

Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and the house had all the necessities that I needed. The only con....no shampoo. When one flies to a destination it would be helpful to have this amenity.

Perfect place to relax!

This home is beautifully appointed with all the amenities you need. Everything is updated and in wonderful condition. We communicated with the manager several times and were very pleased with the response each time. (Mostly questions about the pool heat and about the area; never any concerns with the home.) The kitchen looked to be well stocked with the basics although we never actually cooked a meal there. There are wonderful restaurants on the water within about 15 minutes from the home. We golfed 3 of the 5 courses within Rotunda and found the courses to be in great shape and the staff to be exceptional. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
