Outstanding communication!!! Any questions or concerns were answered very promptly. House was great, both indoor and out door living space were clean and well maintained. Family Getaway

We enjoyed a nice family getaway. It was quiet, a short walk to the beach, and little places you could walk to if you wanted to get something to eat, drink, or even get ice cream. The hot tub was nice and the additional other side of the house was it's on little apartment with a separate entrance. There were bikes but you have to rent them. There is a foosball and pool table. We enjoyed our stay and do recommend.

Great little property; wonderful location near beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. Lovely outdoor area. I submitted some feedback on how to make the house more hospitable (full-length mirror, dressers or cubbies for clothing storage, plastic shower curtain liner to keep water off floor) but the place is well set up and clean. Freshly laundered and bagged linens were a nice bonus. Laundry machines have a learning curve but we ultimately figured them out. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies for your stay. Check the patio cabinets before shopping for any "toys" - they included a cooler, four beach chairs, golf clubs for the putting green, water shooters and copious beach toys (we added two more sets when we left). Our 4 and 5 year olds loved the sandy yard to play in and used the putting green a lot. We loved the hot tub (though that was the one area that was not super clean). The bikes were great - complete the online waiver in advance to get the lock code. There is a place about a block away to rent kids' bikes or golf carts if you want. Note that there are no wagons, beach towels, or beach blankets at the house, so bring your own. They leave a nice starter pack of mini dish soap, salt and pepper, etc. but you will need more detergent, hand soap, dishclothes, toilet paper, paper towel and napkins for your week. They have a few board games, a foosball table, and lots of channels on the TV. We bought our own adapter to get local stations for NBC, etc. Enjoy your stay!

Awesome property for a family

This property is exactly as described but better. The main portion has 3 bedrooms and the guest house portion has 2 queen bedrooms which is perfect for older kids or adults. The hot tub was awesome and it is a short drive (a couple of minutes) or walk to the main access to the beach. There was a great restaurant within walking distance. The property provided linens which had all been professionally cleaned and sealed. This was my first time experiencing this service and it was awesome. Both areas of the property were cleaned to a perfection. There was a lot of cooking stuff provided and more paper goods than we normally have provided by the property. We purchased some snacks and paper plates and were good to go. There were 4 bicycles provided by a rental company which was included in our costs. Taylor M. at Guest Relations for Five Star Beach Properties set us up with the company and got us hooked up with the codes. Everyone in our party had a great time and hoipefully we will book this property again. The outlet shops are about 15 minutes aways and you are also only about 30 minutes to Destin if you want more stuff to do.

This is the 6th year in a row we’ve rented a house in the same area. We were disappointed in how small and uncomfortable the beds were, the lack of drawer storage and the overall feel of the home. It felt more hotel than home. The outdoor patio area was also disappointing other than the hot tub. I think with some furniture upgrades and better decor, it would be much more comparable to other homes in the area.
