Frayez-vous un chemin jusqu'à Sugarwood Beach et trouvez votre escapade tranquille au bout d'une impasse tranquille. Un porche grillagé accueille tous et est un endroit pour observer la communauté des colibris attirés par les fleurs dans la cour avant.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un salon avec cheminée, une salle à manger attenante et une cuisine gastronomique à travers les arcades. Une suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un coin salon confortable, d'une salle de bains et d'une véranda privée. La buanderie accÚde à la cour arriÚre entourée de bois.

Montez jusqu'à l'escalier menant au coin avec une collection d'art patriotique. Les thÚmes continuent de monter les escaliers avec la chambre queen du colibri et la chambre de couchette nautique. Ces chambres partagent une baignoire Jack et Jill mais ont leurs propres vanités. Un autre vol jusqu'au salon de la tour est l'endroit idéal pour se retirer pour une sieste ou réserver un moment.

Quiet neighborhood near the beach

We appreciated the bikes for getting to the beach and to Seaside, as well as the screen porch and "hideaway" areas (the carriage house and third-floor overlook room).

LOVED our time at Sugarwood

So spacious and airy and beautiful! We relaxed more at this house than we have in years. Loved the carriage house for the older kids! Nice walk to the beach and so close to seaside. Will definitely book here again!

Cute cottage in great location

Perfect house for a girls trip over to 30A! House had everything we needed, including bikes to take a short ride over to seaside and the beach. Loved the garage apartment for extra quiet space. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home great location

Loved staying at this home again. It’s our 3rd time and it’s always the best trips. House is perfect space for our group. Having the carriage house makes a great space for married children. Will be staying again for sure.

The property was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Wonderful house and location nestled in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood. Close to public beach access and a relatively short walk, bike or golf cart drive to the city center. Highly recommend.

Terrific Home - Recommended

We had an excellent stay overall. Great entertaining space, cul de sac location, large front porch, great top floor room with a view. Our only negative (and the reason for four stars) was the quality of the master bed which was too soft and did not allow for good rest for my wife and I. Other than that, an excellent stay.

Close to the beach, but secluded enough for more of a neighborhood feel that's quiet

Great house that felt like a home. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Hummingbird. Very clean. Great space to be able to have two people working virtually (and talking on conference calls). Quick walk or bike to the beach. It had everything we wanted. Would definitely rent again.

Great location, comfortable home

We stayed here as a family of 4 with two young kids plus my mom joined us. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to Seaside. Walking to the beach is doable but keep in mind the entrance is a set of steep stairs to the beach so you’d have to leave any wagon, stroller etc at the top. The house comfortably fit our group and we had plenty of space. The guest house had a couple of issues upon our arrival but management promptly addressed them. The front screened-in porch was great for relaxing in the mornings and evenings or eating a meal.

Month stay February

Nice property that needs some TLC. Beds were comfortable. The couches are very old sleepers with shot cushions.Kitchen supplies are a hodgepodge. Busy culdesac.On the plus side, the management company was very responsive when we had an issue or needed something. We enjoyed the front screen porch and the locations. Bikes were in good shape. All in all a pretty good value for the neighborhood.

The road was under construction so they cut a temporary road in and it was even better for us. Location is wonderful and the house had tons of space. June 2020 Stay

We had a wonderful six night stay at the Hummingbird Cottage. The house was perfect for our group (2 adults and 4 teenagers). The proximity to Seaside town center and the beach allowed us easy access by either golf cart or bikes (manageable by foot too) and we just loved the neighborhood. The front screened porch was perfect for reading a book with a cool drink and the rooms were all very comfortable. We had an issue with the upstairs AC unit which was attended to promptly and fixed without much disturbance to us. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Oversee and Hummingbird cottage.

The 3 bikes were an added bonus. As for beach access, the best one is right across 30-A with space to park bikes only. If you choose to drive your car, there is a nice public beach access with car parking and a bath house about a 1/2 mile east on 30-A. As good as the house is, dealing with the folks at Oversee was a very pleasant experience.

It is really big and everyone had plenty of space to spread out, but also be together in the spacious living room and kitchen. We biked to the beach and Seaside all the time and that worked great for us because our kids are teens. My husband wished for sharper knifes and bigger tea cups in the kitchen, I wished for bigger trashcan. These things are minor thought. Overall, our stay at Hummingbird Cottage was Wonderfull.
