Vue panoramique - Gulf Shores Plantation Dunes Penthouse Condo. Propriété privée, beau condo de 2 chambres au dernier étage. De notre balcon, vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter d'une belle vue sur le golfe et la baie mobile.

La cuisine rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e d'armoires mises Ă  jour, de comptoirs en granit et de gros appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers. Les petits Ă©lectromĂ©nagers comprennent le gril George Foreman, le grille-pain, le cuiseur vapeur, le mĂ©langeur, le batteur Ă  main Ă  5 vitesses, le gaufrier, le mijoteur (LRG), l'ouvre-boĂźte, le grille-pain, etc. Nous avons beaucoup de casseroles et poĂȘles et ustensiles de cuisine pour la plupart des utilisations.

Si vous appréciez une bonne tasse de café, notre cafetiÚre Grind n Brew de Cuisinart vous préparera une excellente tasse de café à chaque fois.

Notre chambre principale a un nouveau lit queen, salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne et accÚs au balcon. Den récemment meublé a un canapé-lit et une télévision grand écran de 43 '. Nous avons un Pack'n Play et un rail de sécurité cÎté lit disponible dans le placard pour les plus petits.

Gulf Shores Plantation possĂšde de nombreuses piscines et plusieurs bains Ă  remous. Salle de fitness, WIFI gratuit, courts de tennis, terrain de basket et plus encore!

Il s'agit d'une communautĂ© de vacances fermĂ©e offrant des plages privĂ©es et blanches, des dunes de sable naturelles, une excellente pĂȘche au surf et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du parcours de golf de Kiva Dunes rĂ©novĂ©. Great place to stay! Pools and out door hot tubs are great. Location and view are some of the best. King bed was comfortable. Everyone was so friendly.

View is outstanding; very quiet. Host responded quickly with questions. Did not use any pools. Furniture and rugs need cleaning. There is no recliner. Mattresses need replacing but air, appliances all work well. Lobby and grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Appreciate the safety of gated community. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Place!!

Our family had an amazing time this week staying at this fantastic place! It was the perfect location, only being a few steps from the beach. We spent every day on the powdery white sand with the kids playing in the surf. We saw dolphins playing close by and found lots of seashells! We watched the sunrise and ocean waves from the balcony and watched the sunset on the beach.The owners sent us all the information we needed to check-in and it was a fast process with having everything ready for the gate. We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Jessie's on the Bay nearby and the food was superb! We also visited Pensacola one morning and watched the Blue Angels practice before touring the Naval and Aviation Museum.Thank you for sharing this beautiful property and we would love to visit again next year!

Family vacation

This was our second time at this complex in this building, love it and will definitely be back again. Being on the 8th floor was great, could even see the fireworks at the Warf in Orange Beach.

Great Getaway

This condo was perfect for our week stay with my parents. The view from the balcony, bedroom, and living room was wonderful. We could sit and watch the birds dive into the water and even spotted some dolphins. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The books, games, and DVDs were a nice added touch. We would stay at this condo again.

Twin beds

The place was lovely with the exception of beds in the second Bedroom. Both twin beds made noise when sitting laying down and turning over making them unusable. I messaged the owner with no response.

Great location for a family with kids!

This apartment is not large, but it would easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids. (It has 2 bathrooms btw, not one.) The location is perfect for families! There is a restaurant on first floor of the building, but if you need anything beyond what they have at Family Dollar (5 min drive) you have to drive 20 min into town. (Note that only basic paper supplies are provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one small roll of paper towels, one dishwasher pod. We had to get more supplies on day 3 because we were running out.)

I’ve stayed at GSP for 15 years and have stayed in every building. This condo was my favorite. It was clean, well maintained and the view was spectacular! Only complaint, someone must’ve swiped the can opener! But that’s of no fault of the owners. I will definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your property with our family!

We live in Montgomery, just 3 hours from here. We've been to beaches all over the country and these are among the nicest we know of anywhere. Fort Morgan is a special place and the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort offered us everything we wanted right there in one place. We vacationed here for years before we purchased (VRBO #419453) in 2011 and we love it! We purchased a companion condo in 2018 (VRBO #1425721) only two doors down the hall - being so close is perfect for families who need two condos.

We have always enjoyed vacationing with our children at the Gulf Shores Plantation. Now that our children are married and have children of their own, with two companion condos, we have plenty of room for everyone. We've made so many memories here over the years and enjoy reading the guest book as others share their memories with us.

We feel like these are two of the nicest units in the building and we hope you agree!

Our condo has a beautiful panoramic view that takes in the ocean, the island, and the Mobile Bay. We love to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view with our morning coffee.

This condo is newly painted and redecorated. The split bedroom design places a bedroom and a bath on each side of the condo with the kitchen and living area in between.

The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a Keurig Coffee Maker for those who enjoy the K-cups and a Mr Coffee in the cabinet for those who prefer drip cup coffee. Kitchen is also stocked with a crock pot, blender, mixer, and toaster. We offer unlimited free wireless internet access and 100 channel cable TV service.

Condo Management prohibits pets or smoking in our condo.

Gulf Shores Plantation offers wide unspoiled dunes and a beautiful white sand beach. There are beach chair and umbrella rentals available as well as parasailing and Seadoo rentals. The amenities at Gulf Shores resort include a new salt system indoor pool, multiple outdoor swimming pools along with hot tubs, saunas and two kiddie pools. Enjoy a BBQ with the family at our outdoor charcoal grills and nearby horseshoe pits. If you are looking to stay active we have lighted tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard courts, and an exercise room. Our complex offers a gated entrance with 24-hour security.

For golf enthusiasts there is a putting green to sharpen your skills for one of the many nearby courses. Nationally ranked Kiva Dunes golf course is adjacent to the property. The Beach Club Condo complex is nearby, offering great dining and a full array of spa services to the public by appointment.
