Stay at our new 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome and enjoy spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the convenience of being adjacent to Purgatory ski resort. Perfect for multiple families, the home has 3 separate living spaces (on different floors) as well an open Main Living Space and a fantastic deck with a hot tub, gas fireplace and a BBQ Grill.

The home also features the expected amenities such as super fast Starlink WIFI, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), 2 car garage, foosball/air hockey/table tennis combo table in the bunk room/3rd living space and a fully stocked kitchen. All the TVs are Smart and with super fast WIFI, everyone can access their favorite streaming services at the same time.

The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the townhome.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Our only catch was the water pressure on the top floor was not great, but it could be the time of year perhaps.

Beautiful Property and Perfect Location

We've stayed in other condos in this area previously, but this was our favorite. The layout was perfect for our group, and the bed arrangement was wonderful. The hot tub at night was a perfect way to close a long day on the ski slopes. Our family loves Purgatory and plan on staying at this property again!

Absolutely met every expectation. Well stocked and perfect location. Only one issue with a blind in one of the third floor bedrooms. The string used to open the blind broke. We tried to fix it but did not have success. All other blinds worked correctly. The hot tub and fire pit were an awesome bonus. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

We loved the location, and the property was clean and stylish. The hosts were very responsive, but unfortunately, several maintenance issues impacted our stay.Water Issues:We had major problems with low water pressure and hot water running out during showers. I called support/hosts 4-5 times for updates. Two technicians visited but couldn't fix it, assuming it was pipe buildup. The suggested fix—running the sink and shower simultaneously—was far from ideal.Amenities:The hot tub was cloudy on night one, but they fixed it within a few hours, which we appreciated. However, the game setup was unusable:- The game cabinet hinges were broken, and contents were so disheveled we couldn't tell which pieces belonged to which board game.- The foosball table lacked a ball and goal.- The ping pong table was missing a net.We reported these, but they weren't resolved during our trip.Overall:We appreciate the host's quick communication and the home's great location, but unresolved water problems and neglected amenities were disappointing. With better maintenance, this could be a top-tier stay.
