Welcome to Cheerful Oasis...your 2 Bed/2 Bath, Bay to Beach retreat! (new management so no review) Located just off the walking trail to the Marina, Bridge Street and Bradenton Beach with trolley stops and Gulf Drive walkway just outside your door, paradise is found! You'll absolutely love the water view from the lanai.
Quaint condo complex with easy access to Bridge Street's action! We have 1 parking space. Once you arrive, there's plenty to do within walking distance and a free shuttle on the entire island.
You'll be all alone in the 2nd floor (with elevator) condo with pool access, beach chairs, and an umbrella.
We live right down the street (within 3 miles) and are here to help you! Our real estate store front is located at 119 Bridge Street, just steps away from the unit. Please come see us!

The Cheerful Rentals team of Jeff and Shandra Holbrook live less than 3 miles away and offer GREAT service filled with CHEER! Shandra and Jeff moved to Bradenton in 2017 as educators from Louisville, KY. They absolutely love the area, beach, and water. They are avid boaters that will offer tips necessary to help you enjoy our paradise. Jeff, Shandra, and their family absolutely love the convenience and options afforded in the Bradenton area!
