Si les grains de chêne d'origine du 16ème siècle pouvaient parler ils remercier les propriétaires Paola et Stefano pour les sauver de terne et de les transformer en point focal poli est aujourd'hui. Une rénovation intelligent et élégant fini mai 2016. Franchissez la porte vieux massif, vous serez dans l'arcade magnifique Renaissance. à l'étage de la mezzanine est l'entrée de l'appartement. .seulement 20 étapes et vous serez en! L'appartement combine à l'intérieur du charme traditionnel d'un buiding Renaissance avec fornitures italiens élégants (Antonio Lupi, Zanotta, Nemo, Twils) et le luxe moderne (2 plasmas TV, King size
lit double, salle de bains avec douche magnifique dans une grande douche, vitesse de connexion wifi, air conditionné, moustiquaires,) la cuisine est kitted avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner .Beeing un immeuble ancien sans ascenseur et il est pas accessible aux fauteuils roulants . Une fois que vous avez trempé jusqu'à l'appartement, vous pouvez profiter de l'excellent emplacement pour faire du tourisme, des quartiers commerçants et restaurants sont à pied la distance .Le Duomo, piazza Anfiteatro, les murs sont accessibles à pied. La zone du centre historique est limitée voiture vous avez une voiture, vous pouvez facilement garer en dehors des vieux murs .Perfect pour un séjour romantique ou une courte pause, vous êtes dans le cœur animé de Lucques.

Amazing, simply amazing

Beautiful apartment, exquisitely furnished with everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed for stayed for a week and cooked in one night—fresh ravioli just a 10 minute walk away! Great location, on a quiet street, but just 3 minutes from the main shopping center. We will be back in Lucca this June and plan on staying here again!

location, location, location

It was our second year to come back to Mordini Apartment excellent location, short walk to underground car park, shops all close by, the coast less than 1 hour drive away. The wall around Lucca is never far away, very pleasant walking or just sitting on a bench enjoying the shade of the trees. The apartment is very comfortable and nice to return to any time of the day.

Wonderful Apartment! Extremely convenient, spotless and comfy.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Nicely thought out detail oriented apartment. Modern space but still kept some historic details. Really nice kitchen and bath areas. Air conditioning kept up well during some extremely hot days. Larisa was a pleasure to work with! One small detail was that the Wi-fi was a bit slow and hard to get real work accomplished, not a big deal. We will definitely stay here again if our travel bring us to Lucca. Congratulations on a great apartment!

Gorgeous apartment filled with charm!

We stayed four nights in this wonderful place and enjoyed every minute. It was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity. Spotlessly clean and modern, we loved the charm of this apartment being in an ancient building. The apartment was in a perfect location in Lucca. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Une superbe expérience.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour une semaine. L'accueil par Larissa est des plus courtois et efficace. L'appartement situé au premier étage d'une vieille bâtisse, est spacieux, et très bien équipé. Vous serez en plein centre ville, mais à l'abri du brouhaha. Possibilité de parking à 5 min à pied (Parcheggio Mazzini). Pour découvrir la ville en toute liberté, louez des vélos. Location à recommander.

Very nice room. Upgraded automatic lighting as you enter the room and bathroom. Spacious

Good location for Lucca. Great, safe area. Had small issue with washing machine that was unfortunate but survived. Our host was very helpful and efficient. Will come back to stay here again.

Everything was perfect...fantastic design sense, attention to details, comfort!

Overall, there was a sense of graciousness and quality, from the moment you stepped through the front door until you turned out the light before sleep. Wonderful hosts, sensitive and immediately responsive to any issue. The hosts could teach a class in how to make people feel well-cared for. I’d definitely stay again...and again!

Palatial perfection

The apartment is indeed luxurious, being very nicely equipped with tasteful modern furniture and fittings, and it is one of several suites in a former palace. Lucca is a wonderful old city, its narrow winding streets leading one to churches, piazzas and former palaces. The Mordini apartment is well situated for explorations and shopping, and there is a good grocery store within easy reach. Strongly recommended.

A tastefully decorated and well equipped apartment in great location in central Lucca.

The apartment is on the first floor of a former palazzo on Via Mordini, close to the amphitheatre, Guinigi Tower and the shops of Via Fillungo. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and food shops close by. The imposing street entrance opens into an impressive if slightly neglected communal hallway with original columns, and a dozen wide stone steps lead up to the front door of the apartment. The rooms are spacious, light and tastefully decorated, with shuttered and screened French windows. The kItchen/diner is large and extremely well equipped, with hob, oven and microwave, coffee makIng facilities and a fridge which had complementary water, milk and orange juice on arrival. Tne bedroom had good storage and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. The lounge Is comfortable and has TV and books in different languages. Larisa was extremely helpful at all times re restaurants, taxis etc and there is lots of information, maps etc in folders. We very much enjoyed our stay. 2 minor reservations: There are shallow steps in the lounge and bathroom. They are illuminated, but take care. Also, we were charged (after our departure) via the deposit for the cleaning of a sofa arm which we don't recall staining. Overall, though highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Lucca

This is a beautiful apartment in an old buiding with a courtyard, situated right in the center of the lovely Tuscan town of Lucca. The apartment is tastfully decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable and quiet. The nice kitchen and bathroom are especially worth mentioning. In Lucca there are lots of things to do and see and everything is on your doorstep. We can highly recommend staying here!

Luxurious, well appointed, fantastic location

Loved our stay. Larissa was great. Smooth check in and lots of good pointers for enjoying Lucca. The apartment is beautiful. All the modern amenities yet cozily tucked in a 16th century mansion. Everything is a 5-10 minute walk. Truly unbeatable location. Quiet too. Apartment has every convenience and should be very appealing to Americans. We had an amazing and unforgettable stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Stefano and Paola, after leaving their managerial careers with large multinational companies, decided to turn their hobby into a profession. They opened a small, charming hotel in Umbria. Making the most of their experience, they decorated the apartment with the same care and attention to detail one normally dedicates to one’s own home and with the same level of comfort one would find in a luxury hotel.
