Lovely Stay

Our time at St.Zita's was extremely enjoyable. The apartment is well located in a quiet court in the middle of everything. The outside space provided a sanctuary when the large tour groups arrived and filled the streets. The elevator was a godsend as I can't do stairs yet it allowed us to be up high where the sunlight and views are so much better.

We love staying with Lucca Apts and Villas. Always beautiful apts with everything you might need and wonderful service. Thank you Manuel. Casa Santa Zita is situated in an ideal location in the historic centre but off the tourist track. Beautifully calm with fabulous views and musical notes in the background.

Amazing holiday

From start to finish we had an amazing holiday with Lucca apartments and Villas. Communication was well excellent throughout. The apartment was well maintained and cosy everything was provided to make your holiday enjoyable including a bottle of local wine and luxury toiletries. Centrally located within easy walking distance to all the sites/ restaurants/ shops and trains. A wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful little apartment for max 2 persons (couple)

Great location near the Torre Guinigi and a quieter place, due to the flat's location within a gated small set of buildings. Fantastic view of the Torre Guinigi and wonderful classical music heard due to the proximity of the Conservatorio Luigi Boccherini. It's tiny, so only good for one person or a couple.

Superb!

Casa Santa Zita is a gem nestled in a quiet street with gorgeous views of the Guinigi Tower and equally gorgeous sounds from the Boccherini music school. It’s perfect for 2 people and we loved the convenience of the lift. It’s bright and airy with a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable bed. Lots of storage space and the outdoor space is cozy and private. Our concierge, Manuel, is superb, but we had excellent interactions with Chiara, Elena and Michele.

Grate location

Grate location, short walk to the grocery store many good restaurants. Friendly and helpful host (Manuel), we had a problem with the wifi and Chiara & Elizabeth came right over and fixed it. The next morning Manuel brought over a second router in case the problem on the line continued. We look forward to returning.

A very nice and well appointed apartment!

This apartment is wonderful. It's decorated beautifully and has all the amenities that you could ask for, and it's very comfortable. The central location is perfect, too – near a lot of shopping, dining and sight-seeing but at night it's nice and quiet and the neighborhood is a joy to stroll around in the evening. The host was very nice and quick to respond to my questions. I also loved the books about Lucca and it's history that they added. My only regret is not booking the apartment for several more days.

SUPER Apartment!

Fabulous home in the center of Lucca decorated with a lot of taste and attention to details. Easy check in and warm welcome, good communication and great equipment of the apartment. We felt at home and can only recommend this place. Exactly as on the pictures. Bikes were also provided at our free disposal which was a nice surprise. Great tips around activities etc. We would love to come back soon, thank you for everything!

Excellent quality fixtures and fittings.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in Lucca. We could not fault the accommodation, although the bed was too firm for us. There was constant hot water. We loved the bright and airy aspect of the apartment. Unfortunately the unpredictable weather in May meant we could not use the outdoor terrace which we were looking forward to. It was fabulous being in the heart of the city with everything you need close by. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

Lucca is perfect

Lucca is perfect and this apartment makes your stay there even more idyllic. From listening to opera and classical music in the lush and shady garden, to cooling off from the heat of the day inside the well appointed interior of the apartment. Everything you need is only a few steps from the apartment: provisions, restaurants, places of note and cultural interest, scenic views. The apartment team are friendly, helpful and responsive. Many thanks to Manuel for a smooth arrival and departure. We recommend and would definitely return.

AMAZING!

Amazing!!! The apartment is just amazing very big and beautiful. The location is great near a supermarket and in the center of the city. If you want to have a wonderful time in Lucca it's the perfect place!!! We will be back. And yes the garden is not in the same floor that the apartment but it's only for you and it's great and it make you feel so privileged and a little bit of organisation and you can enjoy it!!

Over the rooftops of Lucca

We spent a most wonderful week in the Santa Zita apartment, looking over the rooftops of Lucca. The originally medieval palazzo is perfectly renovated, with an elegant courtyard. We were quite overwhelmed by the beautifully furnished and perfectly equipped apartment, everything arranged with great taste and care for the needs of the guests. Manuel was most helpful and obliging and very interested in our well-being thoughout our stay, gladly sharing his expertise on Lucca. It would have been helpful for us to know in advance that it is possible to leave the car in the parcheggio Mazzini for a week for a low fee.

Great place

Great place. So cool to look from balcony on Torre Guinigi tower. So close. And to hear the music school. Such a cosy place. Can't say we used the garden as it was on the ground floor, not sure that was clear, but it didn't matter as we were there in November. We had amazing weather.

Everything about our stay was fantastic.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and thought the apartment was bright, extremely clean and well appointed. There were pleasant surprises: the view of the Guinigi Tower, the private garden space, the welcome bottle of wine, the elevator. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for us to fully unpack. The apartment was clearly renovated to a very high level, and the added personal touches and decor helped make it inviting and comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating with our changing check-in time, and Elizabeth was waiting for us when we arrived. As others have noted, the music coming from the music school was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return.

We 100% can recommend this beautiful apartment

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect to explore Lucca and beyond, due to its proximity to the train station. The apartment is meticulously clean and is equipped with everything you need for a shortlong term stay with lots of books about the history of the region. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful. There is a music school next door and music and singing filters through the apartment most days which is just so very “Italian”, and the furnishings are all of a music theme. We 100% can recommend this beautiful apartment as your home away from home in Lucca.

Zeker een aanrader!

Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement in het centrum van Lucca! Prachtige locatie om de stad goed te verkennen. Er is zelfs een lift aanwezig en een mooie (ruime) buitenruimte waarin je heerlijk kan zitten. Ook zijn er zijn twee fietsen die je kan gebruiken, echt top! Een fijne ontvangst, met een heerlijke fles wijn, en goede en snelle communicatie met de verhuurder.

Splendid

Splendid self contained apartment with all amenities. Perfect central position. Comfortable bed. Lucca water is drinkable and good. Lift is a lifesaver when hot (or if have mobility issues). Pleasant private courtyard where can hear music from adjacent music school (not a big issue but worth taking bugs spray). Would stay again and definitely recommend.
