A Walk on the Beach "Uptown" - your toes in sand within 200 ft. Ocean view!

The clean whites and grays of the condo interior mimic the colors of a sea gull. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed for both the foodie who loves to cook and the guest who is heating up leftovers from one of the many local restaurants, most of which are within 1/2 of a mile. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, so the unit can sleep 6. There is a full bathroom with a shower in the primary bedroom, and the full bath off of the living room has a tub/shower enclosure.

The beach is literally just steps away. Step out on the balcony, walk down the stairs, go to the end of Money Island Drive (150ft), turn west (right) on Glenn Street and go another 50' and the state beach access is right there. The beach is wide and inviting, with white sand and teal water that evokes scenes from the Caribbean.

"Uptown" and "Downtown" (upstairs and downstairs respectively) share a ground floor charcoal grill and an open outdoor shower for rinsing off sand.

NOTE: Airbnb shows "Entire home in Atlantic Beach." What they mean is you are renting the entire condo, not a room in someone's house, which is how that company started. Again, this is only the upstairs unit. You MAY be able to rent both together, but there is no internal staircase to connect them, only the outside stairs.
