This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit with 18 stair steps required to the front door.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
