This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious Queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.







THINGS TO NOTE:

• First-floor, walk-down unit (21 steps down required) No Elevator

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• There is a playpen, and umbrella stroller available for guest use.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash, and you pick up after your pet.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
