This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious-king size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, as well as a TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a top-floor, walk-up unit, with 18 stair steps required to the entry door.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
