Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



• This is a main-level, walk-in unit (No steps required).

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles (first come, first serve)

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
