Nestled within a delightful resort in the Ozark Mountains, Rocky Shore Tranquility is a scenic family-friendly getaway. It is a serene respite from the humdrum of city life.



The Space:

Launch your boat from the community boat ramp, Make use of the private clubhouse, which has a relaxing seasonal hot tub and a beautiful gazebo, offering panoramic views of the lake. A picnic area with large tables and a charcoal grill is perfect for family meals.



Back inside, the home is decorated with modern, and neutral decor. The living room has a comfy oversized sofa that doubles as a sleeper, a smart TV and a spacious private deck with gorgeous lake views.



The adjoining open-plan kitchen is bright and roomy, stocked with cabinetry and appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter provides an extra seating for 4, while the 4-seater dining table is perfect for hearty family meals.



The home accommodates 7 guests in total, between the 2 bedrooms, and sofa sleeper.



#Bedroom 1 comes with a King bed, Smart TV, reading nook, and exterior access door. This room also has access to bathroom 1 with shower/tub combo.



#Bedroom 2 has a King bed, Smar TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, and soaking tub.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

-The unit is a walk-down Unit with approximately 18 steps

-2 parking spaces available parking passes are required and must be placed in the windshield of the car when at the property, the passes will be located in the unit.

-The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

-Hot Tub is available by the outdoor Pool open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

-Communal Boat ramp, overnight boat trailer parking. No electric.

-If any rules are broken the guests will be charged a fee by the HOA.

-Portable crib available

-A washer/dryer available for guest use.

RESORT RULES: (Fines will be issued for not following these rules)

• NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

• NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED.

• DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES.

• No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.

• Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.

• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes toolboxes, kayaks.

• No over-size vehicles.

• No trailers other than boat trailers allowed in the designated trailer parking. Trailer parking is available in the designated parking area only and MUST have the yellow circle pass hanging on their trailer. No cars/trucks can be parking in this area and they must be in between the lines.

• There is NO boat launch or slips available at this subdivision. The closest place is Port of Kimberling Marina aka What's Up Doc.



The home is located 1.5 miles south of Kimberling City, famous for the crystal-clear shores of Kennel Branch Cove, near Table Rock Lake. Scenic nature trails abound the property, ideal for leisurely hikes and bird-watching.
