Summary:

Welcome to Welcome Home Branson, a beautiful condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with neutral decor and modern furnishings that are sure to please every guest.



The Space:

The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights comfy seating, a Smart TV, and access to the patio outside. The patio with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings with a caffeinated brew in hand.



The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, blender, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. There is counter seating at the extended counter. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 6.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 3 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen bed, and Smart TV.

- Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV.

A shared bathroom is on this floor with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-This is a lower level, walk down unit.

- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use

- The pool is currently under construction

- Please notehis home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, additional cleaning fees will be accrued.

Welcome Home Branson is situated in the heart of Branson, 10-minutes from the famous Branson Strip with music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is 7.5 miles away and is a commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Great location

This property was very clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us adults that were there. The location was great, as it was close to the main Branson area!

Great location, very close to Silver Dollar City. The place is new, decorated nice and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful family trip!

We were very pleased with this listing! We took a family trip with our two young children. The location was great and the TVs were already set with Disney+ so the kids enjoyed that! We loved the updated furniture and look of the condo. This condo was on the bottom floor which was perfect with two young children!! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful New Place - Comfy beds!

This property was perfect! The price was also very much in our budget. We did not have any problems during our stay but the property owner contacted us to make sure all was well - so communication was perfect. We would highly recommend! Plenty of fluffy towels, the beds were VERY comfortable, and plenty of room for 4 of us.

3rd Bedroom made the extra distance worth it

This condo was clean, quiet, and safe. It was a bit farther away from the Branson activities my family typically enjoys (shopping, shows, etc.), but having the 3rd bedroom at a price that was equal to or less than many of the 2 bedroom options downtown, made the extra drive worth it. For families who like to spend time on the lake and spend time on the 76 strip, I think it’s an ideal location.

Nice and spacious

6 adults stayed in this condo and were very comfortable. When we got there, the TVs were on a Christmas screen with music playing. It was very welcoming! The only comment for improvement was that the white towels were stained and shabby looking. We expect the towels to be used, but these towels need to be replaced. Over all, it was a good experience and we will stay there again if we go back to Branson.

Great views of Branson from its western edge just off 265. Brand new construction but ground floor unit den flooded from back porch during heavy rain. TV is all streaming services - no Cable/Satellite inputs.

Beautiful views of Branson

This property had a beautiful view of downtown Branson. It was brand new and very clean. The property manager was very attentive. The only drawback was that this was a lower unit and there was little sound-proofing from the unit above. The hardwood floors in the unit above meant that you could hear them walking across the floor at all times. It was quite loud and woke us up late at night and early in the morning several times during our stay. Carpets or more rugs in the upper units could help keep the noise down for those in the lower units. Everything else was fantastic!

Vacation stay.

Easy to find, nice and clean but: Need more and heavier garbage bags. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. We didn't feel comfortable starting the wash machine before we left because there were so many towels. Maybe a laundry basket in the laundry room. Command behind the bathroom doors to hand our clothes and hang wet towels. There were no trash cans outside our unit. We had to take the trash to the dumpster.

Not as expected

Overall the property was ok. No mention of stairs only access to a sub floor local. Having a son with only 20% vision makes this property a problem. The upstairs property was so loud we had to report it, with no resolution. Access to the property was very sketchy at best. Just simply not up to past standards. No more stays at this property!!
