This condo is such an excellent place to stay. Very close to shoes and excellent eating places. There were three of us couples, each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms! Wonderful stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay! This was the perfect place to stay for our small friend reunion trip, with enough space for everyone. All of our expectations were met. Clean, easy booking and check-in and check-out.

We appreciated the the property. We enjoyed sitting in the sunroom, watching golfers in the morning. It was also nice to have the three bathrooms. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time on this property. I loved that each of us had our own room and bathroom. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The views and location were perfect!! We enjoyed the Sunroom in the morning while having our coffee and watching the Golfers. We didn’t have toilet paper in the bathrooms when we first arrived and had to get some the next day, so that would be my only fuss, but overall I recommend this property highly.

It was a little warm in the condo being on the third floor of the building but the main culprit was the condensing unit outside for the condo. It needed some maintence done to ensure good operation. The host was as prompt as could be getting someone on the weekend to come work on the unit. Besides being just stupid HOT it made the unit tolerable to be in and by morning was nice and cool inside. The place was clean and comfortable and had what we needed for a long weekend stay.

Great place

Great place to stay. Very convenient to all the shows, yet nice and quiet with views right next to a golf course. The only drawback was that it was on the 3rd level -- parking is at the 2nd level, so had to walk up stairs to condo. But other than that, a super place to stay.

Our condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Lovely quiet neighborhood with view of golf course. We saw 2 deer down by the creek from our sunroom.

Everything was great! Our only issues is the Tvs in the bedrooms only had a couple of channels and the tv upstairs would not work at all.

HVAC system struggled to keep up and cool until on warm day. Inside temp did not drop below 78 until sometime in the middle of the night. Large cobwebs stringing from ceiling to decorations. There were several light bulbs burnt out through the entire unit.

The condo was perfect for our girl trip as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was very quiet and in a good location. Was not hard to walk up the flight of stairs to enter the condo. We enjoyed visiting in the sunroom in the mornings. We would stay again.

The place was very roomy and comfortable for everyone. The sunroom was great except you have to roll up shades and clip them which was a little tricky and time consuming. They have a Keurig but it only had decaf pods. If brewing your own in the other coffee pot make sure that the filter is the right size the one they provided was too small. I loved how every room had its own bathroom. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing we didn’t hear any noise at all. It was fun watching people play golf in the sunroom.
