The condo was absolutely beautiful with such an amazing view of the beach very easy to communicate with would definitely stay again the only issue I'd say were both shower curtains had stains on the bottom and the master bedroom curtain also had a stain

We recently stayed at this property and had several issues that impacted our overall experience.On the first night, our entire family was accidentally locked out on the balcony. Thankfully, we had a phone with us and were able to call for help. After waiting about 45 minutes with no update, we called again—maintenance had just arrived. The technician mentioned this had never happened before, but could see how the lock mechanism might malfunction if not fully engaged.That same evening, we set the thermostat to 70F, but the temperature never dropped below 73F. We reported it the next day. Maintenance came to check but couldn’t fix it, so they called in a professional HVAC technician who resolved the issue later that night. While maintenance technician was apologetic, we never received any communication or apology from VRBO or Liquid Life Rentals regarding the inconvenience.Our group included five people, but we were only given four key fobs for accessing restricted areas—one of which didn’t work. This left us with only three functioning fobs to share, which was inconvenient.The unit itself was okay—clean, but the furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. It’s nothing fancy, and given the multiple issues we experienced, it affected how enjoyable our stay was overall.

We apologize for the balcony lock incident and for the delay in assistance—that must have been unsettling, and we appreciate your patience. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the thermostat issue and understand how frustrating it can be when comfort is impacted. While we’re glad the HVAC technician was able to resolve it, we should have communicated more proactively and sincerely during the process.
We also apologize for the key fob shortage and malfunction, as well as the wear and tear you noticed in the furniture. Your feedback is important, and we will be addressing these points with our team and property management to improve both communication and upkeep moving forward.

I was a little nervous about booking this property given the lower star rating but it was one of the more reasonably priced properties left for spring break. Overall, we were pleased. This building is right on the beach and the view couldn't be better. It was clean and modern. As mentioned in one of the other reviews, some of the furniture is showing some signs of wear and tear, but that didn't impact our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Liquid Life does an excellent job of giving you all the info you need before you arrive. They only give you a very basic starter kit so plan on getting essentials for your stay on the first or second day. The biggest disappointment was that the first two days on the balcony we could smell someone smoking pot and the last two days we could smell someone smoking cigarettes. That's out of the owner's control but something to keep in mind if you are booking in Gulf Shores for spring break. That being said, the town seemed busier with families and not so much rowdy college kids. Plus there is an alcohol ban on the beach during this time to control this. Overall, we would stay here again. If there was anything I'd suggest to make it better, it would be to add a higher Adirondack chair on the balcony. There are 3 but we have a family of 4. Better lighting in the second bedroom. The 2 beds are nice but leave no room for an end table/lamp and it's very dim. Replace the curtains in the master. There is a very large stain and gives a bad impression.

I’m sorry about the furniture showing wear, the stained curtain, the dim lighting in the second bedroom, and the limited starter supplies — that’s not the experience we want guests to have. I’ve passed your notes to our housekeeping and maintenance teams to inspect/replace the curtain, address worn furniture, and look into improved lighting and an additional taller balcony chair. We’ll also review the starter kit to see where we can make it more helpful.
Regarding the smoke on the balcony, thank you for letting us know — we report these incidents to building management and remind guests about community no‑smoking policies when needed.
