Almost Ideal
We liked the decor, floor plan and view of the bay from the balcony. Disappointed with uncomfortable couches in the living room; the 12x12 tiles replaced in the unit didn't match previous tile as laid poorly with just enough difference in height, in our opinion, a trip hazard in two spots and one a high traffic spot between the kitchen and dining area; no garbage disposable; Master BR the shower door did not work on the track, the mirrored sliding doors on single shelf unit was off glides; Master BR the horizontal blinds on two walls of the bedroom let too much outside street lighting and no room darkening curtains; also entering the unit the door frame needed touch up paint badly; so did the wood looking quarter round badly chipped and scraped up alot in it needed paint that was so painfully obvious you could see it sitting at the dining room table when facing the nicely designed sinkless bar area with damaged trim also; no grab bars or shelf in Guest Bath Shower. Also patio door trim needed paint retouch too. Basic touches to make the place well cared for were things like the Guest Bath 4 light fixturer had three mismatched lightbults over the sink. Lots of kitchy clutter and little storage throughout. We had to buy a 12-gallon trash can as none in unit when we arrived, poorly stocked basic utensils in kitchen and replaced, for example, an old nonstick pan that no longer worked with a new one and a few other kitchen basics that are usually in a rental of this type.
