King bed, two fulls, 1 twin (in an oversized converted closet with HVAC, best a child,) 1 full-size day bed in the living room, and 2 pull-out couch beds. Please note the pull-out queen and full couch bed are not very comfortable and don`t have much support.

guests have access to the entire property except the lockout closet in the hall. Opening that closet sends an alert and is an immediate eviction.

South Padre Island is one of the most beautiful beaches and communities. With something for everyone to enjoy!

You can drive easily, rent a golf cart or bikes, take the free metro shuttle or cabs/uber. very small island so many bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk. the beach is a 2 minute walk.

If propane is out you will have to refill/exchange at gas station. please clean grill prior to use.
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Pets: Welcome with prior approval. $75 per pet (Airbnb +18% to $88 due to channel fees). Pets not booked prior to arrival = $200 surcharge per pet.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors and on balcony. $250 cleaning fee.
Parties / events: Not permitted. Sleeps as advertised; no additional guests overnight.
Children: Welcome.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (HOA enforced).
Parking: Each guest receives one parking pass at check-in. Lost pass = $50 replacement.
Pool / hot tub: Use at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised.
Damages: Guests responsible for accidental damage beyond normal wear. Significant damage charged to the card on file.
ID verification: Booking guest must be 25+ and present matching photo ID upon request.

PROPERTY-SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL NOTES:
- All doors must remain closed at all times. $200 fine for open doors (protects AC).
- No pets on bedding furniture. $400 fine.
- AC thermostat must not go below 69°F.
