Located on the 3rd floor with an elevator step onto the patio overlooking the water and the stunning south padre island sunsets kick back relax and let your vacation begin.

This condo comes with a boat slip, boat trailer parking and access to all the complex amenities during your stay. So bring your boat, bring your kayak, bring your jet ski or just fish right off the huge docks. Boat launch located just 2 streets over.

The dock area features multiple charcoal grills, a fish cleaning station, outdoor dining area and many chairs and loungers for you to soak up the summer sun and watch those incredible sunsets.

Also featuring a large heated swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the water it’s the best of both worlds.

Inside the condo we have 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa and a fold away twin bed this condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

Master bedroom features 1 king bed, 55 inch tv, closet, full en-suite and desk. Sleeps 2

Secondary bedroom features 1 queen bed
1 twin over full bed an arm chair that converts to a twin bed, 2 dressers, a 55 inch tv and full bathroom. Sleeps 6

Both bathrooms feature heated lamps and heated anti fog mirrors, large and well stocked with plenty of toilet paper, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner as well as essential toiletries.

The large living area features a 6 seater sleeper sofa(sleeps 2) and 2 high back arm chairs comfortably seating 8 with a large 65 inch tv. Turn on the fire place and look out the large bay windows at the gorgeous water views.

The dining room features a large 8 seater dinging table and coffee bar featuring a drip and Keurig coffee maker and ice machine. Coffee, sugar and creamer are provided.

With an adjacent full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven and well stocked appliances whipping up a meal or your catch of the day has never been easier! Basic herbs and spices and cooking oils are available.

Kids dinnerware is provided as well as pack n play and high chair.

The condo also features an in unit laundry with full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Pool towels, beach equipment, and essentials are provided. Cooler, cart, beach chairs.
