Villa Oleana sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed, Jacuzzi, comfy couch, writing desk, closet, and ensuite bath. The second suite includes a king bed with side tables and lamps, while the third bedroom offers two full beds in a cozy country style. All rooms are airconditioned with ceiling fans, and a standby generator ensures uninterrupted comfort.



Inside, three bathrooms styled in Italian tile feature modern fixtures and fittings. The living room opens to a large patio with lake, pool, and garden views, furnished with sumptuous couches, armchairs, chaise lounges, tasteful décor, and a large flatscreen TV. Dining seats eight around a contemporary wooden table, while the breakfast nook accommodates six to eight with garden and lake views. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, and white cabinetry.



Outdoors, the patio offers two distinct areas: a round wooden table with rattan chairs and a corner lounge with rattan couches, plus a BBQ grill. Guests enjoy comforts such as linens, towels, WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, and two dedicated parking spaces.



Community amenities include a chic clubhouse, three pools plus toddler pool, tennis courts, and playground. Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.



Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.



If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.



This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.



If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
