Beautifully remodeled Naples pool home with private heated pool, hot tub jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and fenced backyard! 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen features an oversized island great for cooking and entertaining. Peaceful rock grotto waterfall in the screened pool area surrounded by tropical palms of paradise. Foosball and pool table for additional fun! This home is in an amazing Naples Park location with walking distance to beaches, Mercato shops, dining, entertainment, and much more. Your tropical paradise awaits!
Smoking permitted outdoors only, No smoking indoors. No pets/food/glass or beer caps in pool or hot tub. No large/loud parties. Everyone must bathe before entering pool/hot tub. DO NOT ADD CHEMICALS in pool or spa. No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee. Quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 pm on weekends. Additional propane for the BBQ grill is not provided, but Walmart and Publix easy propane exchange.

Family friendly house

House was very clean, very well equipped for three families. Close to beaches and 5th avenue. We enjoyed our stay!!

The home is absolutely beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. That said, there was very little help available for issues that occurred. The pool was dirty and cold. The hot tub settings were locked and was set at only 97. Our contact person came out to see it and agreed that it was unacceptable. It was never fixed during our stay. The owner did compensate us, however, a family vacation (with five grandchildren) was very disappointing to not have use of the pool or hot tub.

Family vacation

Our family had a great vacation staying here. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was located in the house. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub because we had a few cool nights.

We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was large enough for all of us and offered so much space. Very clean and the owners were very accommodating when we asked them to host a dinner. We would absolutely come back again and enjoy this property.

Great pool house in North Naples

This property was one of the best we have stayed at in our 18 years traveling as a family. The house has been completely renovated and everything looks brand new. All the appliances, furniture and pool area are clean and functional. Pool is much bigger than the pictures look and outdoor spaces are private with fence around the yard. Beaches were a short drive away. Vanderbilt beach is crowded and busy especially on weekends. Go instead to the Delanor Wiggins state park. It’s closer and has 1/3 the people. We had a family of 4 and two grandmas in their 70s and everyone had their own space with plenty of room.

Our stay was marred by several disappointments. The property was unexpectedly part of a multifamily house, impacting our privacy. Upon arrival, we discovered one of the six advertised rooms was locked, reducing our available space. Despite numerous attempts to contact the office, it took hours and several calls before we received a new code to access the additional room.We also pre-paid for pool heating, anticipating cooler weather. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated on arrival, and despite following provided instructions to turn it on, it remained cold throughout our stay. While a refund for the heating fee was offered, it didn't compensate for the inability to use a key feature we paid for.Additionally, a security deposit was unexpectedly charged despite our payment for insurance, with a lengthy 10-day wait for its return.The lack of transparency, poor communication, and the issues with the facilities significantly detracted from our experience. The management of the property was far from professional. If possible, I would rate this experience less than one star.

Hi Dayene, as you mentioned to us, this was your first time renting on VRBO. To provide clarity, this is a duplex home and you rented the master unit (6/4) with private access to the backyard, pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, etc. The pool heater works well -- it was confirmed by our pool company that any troubles experienced during your stay were due to user error despite the detailed instructions provided. All door codes are sent 2 days prior to arrival for quick and easy check-in, and we have a 24/7 phone line available for support. The $200 security deposit authorization is made transparent on VRBO, and is returned after checkout with no damage. It seems that you had confused this with third-party travel insurance that you had purchased separately. Being your first time using VRBO, we understand that there may be a learning curve, but our property is exactly as advertised and many of our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay!
