AMENITIES:
Pool heat is an additional $25/night from May 1-October 31, and $40/night Nov 1-April 30 as long as heater is working.
Also our Florida homes only have 1 Pool/Spa heater for both.

We do have a Gas BBQ Grill, that we don't maintain or provide anything for it. Please keep it away from the house, pool and outside TV so no damage is incurred.

Walmart at 112 Tamiami Trail N, Naples FL 34110 is less than a mile away and they refill and sell propane tanks.


We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (up to 2 dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $199 (conditional upon approval)

$500 Fine if you bring an animal and don't pay the pet fee.

Gave this rental a 4 out of 5 star because the property itself was beautiful but the fuse kept going out, the pool was a bit dirty. Upon arrival, the hot tube had barely any water in it and it was a bit green. But communication with the host was good, so they got someone to fill the water and fix it. Good experience overall.

This house was perfect. It was spacious with lots of room for all of us. Plenty of amenities to make the stay feel like home. Our original stay was for 3 nights but because the job my husband was working on kept getting changed, we continued to add more days. The host was extremely accommodating and made it very easy to ask questions if we needed too. There is a beautiful pool that we enjoyed after our days at the beach. This house is perfect for anyone needing to stay in Naples.

Perfect All Around

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and living room area was spacious and allowed us to play games, enjoy drinks/snacks and spend quality family time together. The property is close to downtown Naples which made our nightly dinners a breeze. We highly recommend.

The property was very spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 9; five adults and 4 teenagers.It was very clean and well decorated.The kitchen had plenty of cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. There was even a well stocked spice rack.The property is close to the beach and major shops and restaurants .The host answered any question we had in a very timely manner.The only small inconvenience, was that most beds had soft mattresses.

Mother’s Day family weekend

I give it a 3- star all though the house was beautiful spacious well kept plenty of linen bed sheets comforters plenty of amenities. The pool was smaller than what it appeared and cold. The quiet time 10 pm is too extreme and it was stressful. I was not able to really relax the weekend in peace.
