The space
Fully furnished and serviced stylish flats by Nyhuset in the heart of the city . The central Station, the Grand place, the Opera House , the trendy shopping area of Dansaert and St Gery all within minutes by foot. The flats are fully decorated and fitted and include WIFI , Aircon, dishwasher , washer/dryer , a safe to store your personal belongings and free access to Fitness and Spa of the adjacent Hotel the Dominican who also provide a 24 hr reception service as well as weekly housekeeping.

Our guests have access to the public areas , Fitness and Spa of the adjacent Hotel The Dominican who also provide a 24hr reception desk and handle our check-in and check-out .
Other things to note
Nyhuset has 4 identical studio suites in the same building as well as a duplex penthouse with rooftop terrace .
All are fitted out identically and are.serviced on a weekly basis except on weekends and bank holidays.
Each apartment has a private safe that is free to use to store your personal belongings.

This is a perfect studio for a couple or single person. It offers all that’s needed for a short stay. It’s functional, nicely furnished and decorated. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The recliner at the bay window offers a nice view of the street below. Lovely place.

Amazing Stay

This suite was exceptional. Modern decor and soaring ceilings. It is located near the plaza, restaurants, shops, and a small grocery store. Check-in went smoothly and we were a quick 7-minute walk from the train station which we took from and to the airport. Super location!

Comfortable and wonderful location

Some of the biggest positives: location is wonderful, air conditioning worked very well, apartment space was generous and well thought out, fairly sound proof to outside street noise, and the bed is very comfy. Places for improvement: missing some essentials like hand soap in the bathroom, and not cleaned to a high level of detail, and the entrance to the building is sketchy (it frightened us until we made it to our unit and could rest easy)

Hi Rebecca , Thank you for your review , I have notified housekeeping regarding your remarks, we work with people who sometimes forget things ; the soap should have been there and would have been brought up if you had called reception. Regarding the entrance , the glassdoor was smashed by an unknown individual the week before and as it is a cast iron frame, the new window is custom made and unfortunately takes a bit longer to arrive. Am happy that you enjoyed your stay , benefitted from the aircon and slept well !

Cozy, well-equipped studio apartment in great location

My wife and I loved this apartment. The location is very walkable. We actually had a running joke about how everywhere we wanted to go showed on our Apple Map as only 0.3 miles away -- Centraal train station, Wolf food hall, beautiful shopping area, etc. And there is what we called "Restaurant Row" directly across from the front door of the flat, with many nice local restaurants of many different varieties. And, it's right above a bakery! The flat has a nice stocked kitchen and a washer dryer. Very secure building, we always felt safe. You check in at a hotel just around the corner, and staff / management there is very professional and friendly. You can use the gym and spa at the hotel too. This was a great place to stay on our first trip to Brussels.
