The backyard is as promised, a beautiful oasis. We enjoyed the pool and cooking out on the grill. The location is close to the strip for easy access. I did not appreciate the lawn care people waking us up early while we are on vacation. The AC struggled to keep the house at a bearable temperature.. it was miserably warm in the house even at night.

The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: -We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the backyard area and the pool. There is a lot of work that our gardeners and pool specialists do to maintain the backyard. We're truly sorry to hear that their presence disturbed you in the morning but there is nothing we can do about this, unfortunately. Temperatures in Las Vegas are very high in the summer which is why our maintenance workers start earlier and end earlier. In addition, it is tough to cool down the house when temperatures are constantly over 100 degrees. Our AC unit is necessary and it does as much as it can to cool down the interior. The best advice we have for future guests is to keep all windows and doors closed throughout the day, as well as blinds We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

Great place to stay in Vegas

The house and backyard area were very nice. I don't have any complaints about the overall property. This house is wired up! There are camera's everywhere on the exterior of the house and it feels like you are being watched 24/7. Also, if you want to use the hot tub you need to contact the property manager directly and they will turn it on. It was a little bit of an inconvenience but the person that I was communicating with was very responsive and polite.

Beautiful gated home close to the strip in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was clean and modern. It had just enough toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent... even a cooler to get us through 5 days. The weather was a bit chilly first week in March so we did not ask to heat the pool - there is a fee for that. But when I requested the hot tub to be turned it magically started to bubble! It was difficult to balance the temperature between the first and second floors. First floor was a bit chilly and it was hot for sleeping upstairs. The TV was spotty, had to reset the box in the bedroom 4 or 5x. You know your in Vegas when there's a beautiful view of the Stratosphere out the main bathroom window (check it out at sunrise) and we met Eric Estrada at Palace Station which can be seen from the backyard. Overall, we had an amazing stay, we felt comfortable and safe. Thank you for the memories!

Owner was GREAT...Evolve, not so much!

Property was great. Time of year and reason for the visit did not dictate utilizing the pool, but was freshly cleaned with multiple seating areas to enjoy the yard. Bit of a hassle to request the hot tub to be turned on 90min prior to using, to allow for it to heat up to temperature. Communication with Evolve was not good, unless it involved payment! Only one of the codes they provided (front gate, driveway gate, front door and garage door) was accurate. The email provided to communicate with the "guest contact"(owner) did not work, but they did nothing to address, just suggested calling them. Thankfully owner was great. Provided all access codes and allowed us to drop our bags at the house late morning.

Needs A Little TLC

We stayed 10/6/16-10/10/16. Overall, it is a nice home that needs some attention and TLC. Will we go back? Absolutely! We are already planning our next visit for 6/17 in hopes that the issues will be addressed before we go back. Pros: Quiet neighborhood, close to a buffet, the strip, grocery store, beer, and alcohol. Cons: Beds - the beds are VERY firm and it takes some time to get comfortable. Housekeeping/Home TLC - All aspects of housekeeping need to be addressed. The floors weren't very clean, dusty vents, lotion left under the vanity from previous guest, charcoal was left in the grill, the pool was dirty, house guest are expected to be responsible for putting out the trash/recycle (Now I understand why the trash can and recycle bin were full when we arrived), there are missing blinds leading out to the patio, toilet tissue holder in the master is falling off the wall, and there is a quarter of an ironing board (Please purchase a full size ironing board) I know it sounds like a lot of negatives, but I hope that the house is shown some love because it is a nice home and in a great location!

The location of this property was perfect for us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. The owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly. Supplies are limited in terms of dish soap, laundry detergent, shower gel, garbage liners etc. We shopped and left items for the next guest.

Great pool and location, ongoing communication needed with property owner

This was a nice home with a great pool and an excellent location for a convenient drive to the Vegas strip. The homeowner was lovely but the daily communication about the property upkeep and management was off-putting. The house rules and the need to contact the owner anytime we wanted to have the spa turned on or ensure the paid-for heated pool was in operation were burdensome when looking for a stress-free vacation. We were visiting my sister and retired mother and while I alerted the owner to this prior to our visit, I was asked why additional people were at the pool because there were cameras showing more people present. I found this intrusive and off-putting. I was aware of the rules and communicated prior to my visit but found this coordination beforehand did not assist me in having a stress-free visit considering the amount paid for the property.

Beautiful home, perfect for a gathering. Pictures show lots of fun activities to do around the house. Cons, owner felt a little overbearing. Called not once but twice within a 10 minute time period to ask for my ID. Then continued to ask what I was doing at her property, who was going to be there and for how long. Property manager called as well to get details and we got everything handled. Thank you so much Leah. Even though we still felt Like we were walking on egg shells with all of the rules posted around the house. Even in the restrooms that they had rules. ***Make sure to read it all of the description of the home***

Perfect for couples get away

We stayed with two other couples for a kids free get away. The house was perfect size with an amazing outdoor space. Short uber to the strip/airport as well which was perfect!

The place looks good but is not worth it!!!

The communication with the owner was horrible,she didn’t even bother in turning on the spa even when I asked she didn’t even replied,linen dirty, sheets with stains all over,the house is full of signs with rules that takes away that home vibe completely,no extra toilet paper
