Beautiful, clean, sanitized and spacious family friendly home with a HEATED pool and spa. Perfectly located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran airport. Located in Las Vegas, this home is close enough to the strip so you can enjoy the desert night lights and far enough and well equipped to enjoy the comforts of home. Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is a 1/2 mile from the 515 fwy. Enjoy free wifi and flat screen tv's in every room. Pool Heating Policy (Winter Months):
Please note that from November 1 through February 28, due to consistently low outdoor temperatures, we do not offer pool heating during this period. However, the spa is available and can be heated upon request. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide a comfortable and energy-conscious experience for all our guests.

Frederick and Kimberly were very responsive and helpful. Their communication efforts were excellent! The home is quite large and the layout provides privacy. The pool table was a focal-point of our stay. My niece and sister-in-law used the pool and really enjoyed that also. The property is pretty central to Henderson, the airport, the Strip, Summerlin etc. - so that was nice also!

This place is very roomy. We were excited to use pool and hot tub but didn’t notice the pool costs extra to heat. The hot tub has a schedule to be heated, which we didn’t know about and was not heated a lot of the times we asked for. There also was no mention of the fee for dogs when we booked. It just said pet’s welcome.

Perfect for our family

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We drove out of Las Vegas on day trips (Hoover Dam, Death Valley) and LOVED being able to come back to the pool. It was a perfect private situation. The sleeping accommodations were wonderful for our group of five adults and 4 children. The back yard was enclosed and that made it so easy for keeping track of our dachshund. The owners were great to answer a question. I highly recommend this house.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean

We came to Vegas for a convention. It was wonderful to come home from being on our feet all day, and eat a homemade meal, watch TV, and soak in the hot tub each night. The home was clean and comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They were accommodating to my needs. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay! We brought our adult children to Vegas, some of us for the first time! This VRBO is a short ride from the airport and not far from all the action! Loved it!

Great house and well managed

The house is as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is actually quite large for a backyard pool and the hot tub felt great after a long day of watching softball. Good communication from the owner and overall it was a great place to stay for a few days down in the desert.

Would highly recommend. This was our second time staying here, we enjoyed our stay. The owners were very proactive and accommodating. We had an incidental, they were very kind and helped us correct the situation. Communication was quick.

An honest review.. clean home - just not an honest ad

While the owners ask (kindly) for 5 star reviews and while I deeply respect that this is sometimes one’s livelihood, I also want to be honest with others. I felt that charging $50/hr for early check in when the airline changed our flights and we had 3 small children with us was just not aligned for me. That said, owners did share this upfront and did offer us to check in early for $200.00. I also do not appreciate that the pool in this photo looks like it’s in a beautiful, secluded space where when the truth is, there are no trees, greenery (this is photo-shopped) and all nearby neighbors can see directly into yard/pool etc. That’s (not) a problem; but you should be honest because it’s truly a different experience than having a private, serene space. Overall the house is clean, well-kept, and the communication was fine. Owners do need to look into red ant issue by pool/in hot tub & id suggest that if you advertise heated pool, then it should be heated. Future guests would probably like to be able to use the hot tub without sending a schedule because it’s controlled remotely.
