Beautiful, clean, sanitized and spacious family friendly home with a HEATED pool and spa. Perfectly located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran airport. Located in Las Vegas, this home is close enough to the strip so you can enjoy the desert night lights and far enough and well equipped to enjoy the comforts of home. Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is a 1/2 mile from the 515 fwy. Enjoy free wifi and flat screen tv's in every room. Pool Heating Policy (Winter Months):
Please note that from November 1 through February 28, due to consistently low outdoor temperatures, we do not offer pool heating during this period. However, the spa is available and can be heated upon request. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide a comfortable and energy-conscious experience for all our guests.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and communication seamless. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated the attention to detail. We had a great time in Fredrick and Kimberly’s hime. They were so responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many, because the house had everything we needed for a week stay with our friends and their 3 kids. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the pool all week long. The house is split level living, giving everyone their own space when needed. Being 15 minutes to the strip and Freemont was really nice when we did want to venture out. Overall we had a wonderful time in this home.

This house was amazing!! It fit all members of our party comfortably. The pool was a huge hit for my kids and the pool table was an awesome extra. The house is exactly as described and its located in a clean and quiet part of Las Vegas. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fred and Kimberly were wonderful host and was very responsive when we had questions. This home is definitely worth the stay and we 100% will rent from them again when we make it back to Las Vegas next. Absolutely recommend!!!

The interior was very nice. However, there was a lot of wind noise from the older windows, specifically in the master and downstairs bedroom. The outside pictures on the listing aren’t accurate, there is no privacy greenery around the pool, just the cinder block fencing. You do need to schedule the hot tub and heated pool times ahead of time with the host, we did not see this in the listing. Overall, the beds were comfy, the house was conveniently located and we would stay again .

Frederick and Kimberly were very responsive and helpful. Their communication efforts were excellent! The home is quite large and the layout provides privacy. The pool table was a focal-point of our stay. My niece and sister-in-law used the pool and really enjoyed that also. The property is pretty central to Henderson, the airport, the Strip, Summerlin etc. - so that was nice also!
