Beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the 2nd floor overlooking the serene bay in Boca Grande. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the water and enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee on the lanai. The condo offers unobstructed views from the comfort of your private retreat. This tranquil getaway offers modern amenities and an inviting, open layout perfect for relaxation. With its quiet, picturesque surroundings and easy access to everything Boca Grande has to offer, this condo is the ideal escape for those seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.
The condo is family friendly and is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The condo has a portable crib w/memory foam mattress, umbrella stroller, beach toys and 2 small toddler chairs for your use if needed. There are games and books for you to enjoy during your visit. The condo is located at the north end of the island and is only a golf cart ride from the beach and restaurants.

Wow! We were so impressed with Donna's condo in Boca Grande. Communication before we arrived was detailed and organized. The condo itself is wonderful! It was CLEAN and beautifully decorated. It included thoughtful touches, and was impressively stocked with bathroom, laundry, kitchen necessities and more. Our family looks forward to returning again!

This is a home that we hope to continue to enjoy year after year! This is our second visit and we have loved our stay each time. The host, location, amenities are outstanding. The ability to use baby/child items in the home are a bonus for our family. We feel at home with this newly renovated unit.

Amazing Two-Bedroom Condo - Highly Recommend

We had an absolutely fantastic spring break at this beautiful two-bedroom condo in Boca Grande. The condo was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious porch was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. Owner Donna was incredibly nice and responsive, making the entire process smooth and easy. Great location! Beautiful condo with many upgrades. Book now, You will not be disappointed. Everything you need and much more. Lots of extras that was very helpful. A beautiful welcome basket, fresh flowers, beach items, snacks, coffee, toiletries, etc. the condo was very clean, nice appliances, washer/dryer, comfortable furniture and much more. We had an amazing week in Boca, will book again.

We Will Be Back!

Start to finish, we could not ask for a better experience with Donna's place in Boca Grande. It's in a wonderful location that allows it to be quiet while also being close enough to town to easily access everything you need. Donne left us a lovely welcome basket and communicated very efficiently the day of our check-in and check-out.The place itself is clean, well appointed, and has a view that will have you reaching for your phone to snap a sunrise picture or two. My wife and I said "we need to book this place for next year" the minute we walked in the door, and we will certainly be doing that!Thanks Donna, you're an amazing host!

Our stay in Boca Grande was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and comfort of this home. The location is perfect—just steps away from the pristine beaches, stunning turquoise waters, and the quaint downtown area filled with adorable shops and delicious restaurants.The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
